Superb service from Liam and the team at Clapham Commercials. From the very first contact they team were professional and engaging and worked to source the best vehcile as per my request. Pricing and the deals/benfeifts is very competitive and you'll find them extremely hard to beat, especially when it comes to service!! I placed and confirmed my order in November, and any delays were completely out of Claphams control, this was down to the factory build and shipping delays (thankfully it didnt come through the Suez) However despite the delay, Liam kept me updated when there was news or info and once it had arrived in country, it was VERY quickly delivered to my door by their professional driver Doug. I'm not sure I'll be going anywere else for my vehicles in the future!!

We needed 2 new vans for our business and contacted Clapham Commercials after seeing them on Instagram. I dealt with Liam, who was more than helpful and extremely easy to deal with. Within a day we had found the perfect deal, included some extra additions to the lease to make the vans more suitable for us, and had paid the deposit ready for delivery. When the vans arrived they came when they said and we even got some goodies thrown in for free!! I would highly recommend Clapham Commercials for any business or private customer. 36 minutes agoNEW Just got 2 transit customs off these guys and couldn't be happier with the whole procedure from the first phone call to when we received the vans. Joe was the one dealing with us from start to finish and he made the whole process stress free. We was always kept informed throughout the whole process. Hired a 16 seater mini-bus for a cricket trip and absolutely perfect. Damien dealt with us and was fantastic throughout. He went the extra mile to sort me a van their was plenty of choice to choose from. After looking around the Citroen berlingo I have now bought from the lads is fantastic! 5 stars just isn't enough. I know its only van hire but the amazing service just made life a bit easier. just moved house and had to hire a few vans, even when they were fully booked they managed to find an extra van by shuffling bits around. I'd normally ask for mates rates at this point but judging by the prices everyone gets mates rates anyway. far better experience than anywhere else ive ever used. not going anywhere else for vans from now on. moving house is stressful but hiring vans was just no hassle at all, no bull, no blagging, old school top drawer service. Quality vans. Not a lot else to say really, there's just nobody in the same league.

Such a good rental service from some friendly staff. They patiently answered all my daft questions to put peace at mind. Prices were competitively priced with a good range of vans available (SWB, LWB, Luton etc.). They didn't ask for a deposit upfront on booking, and with only a £20 young driver surcharge (for a 23 year old). It was too good of deal to miss. Certainly after comparing them with regional and national firms. If I ever need to hire a van again, I'll be straight on the phone to Clapham Commercials to arrange a hire.

Delivered excellent service when we were let down by their competitor on the day of our house move. Gave us a van at a good price, were flexible in how long we would need it and didnt try to fob us off. Whilst doing a pre inspection of the vehicle they pointed out lots of minor scratches and bumps that we had not noticed which showed honstey and good faith on their part as they weren't trying to get money put of us for damage others had made. The company is run by a few good blokes, all in good faith and would highly recommend. We booked a van the second week and also referred a friend and they were gracious enough to apply a small discount as a result. Vand are all new and in good condition. They do a full inspection before hand to make sure all is in good working order and that all vital fluids are topped up before you take it away.

I would highly recommend buying a van from this company I researched in my area and couldn't find the right van at a fair price, I was looking to trade my old work van for a newer one, called them up and thought what nice genuine people, I drove all the way from Scotland for my transit mwb well worth the journey loved driving home with it, the van was as described and Eddie was so helpful even completed the DVLA tax for me, I had a new stereo fitted in my old van they even took it out for me nothing was to much trouble for them, they were all so welcoming and friendly they go above and beyond for their customers to make the whole process smooth, in years to come I will look them up first.
