Excellent service from start to finish. We were met by Charlotte on reception. She was a very polite kind lady whom ensured we got to see the correct person regarding choosing our car. We then met Abbie, she has so much compassion towards people and went out of her way to ensure all our needs where met. Very kind, caring and had a lot of empathy towards us. Then we met Abbies manager Fiona. Again excellent people skills throughout. Every staff member even the lads where so polite and caring. Not like some car show rooms who just want a sale. Thanks guys for such a great experience. Praise where praise is due. Plus the coffee was delicious. Definitely 100 out of 100 and I hope you all get a good thank you from your bosses. Review number two Well we went to test drive our new up and coming car. We had an appointment with Abbie. This lady is very polite, efficient and so caring. Not once have we been ignored or just left to our own devices. She ensured we where welcomed as soon as we saw her. Coffee was offered and lovely coffee it is too. We discussed a few things regarding our car order in particular wether there is attached window blinds for the rear windows. She went out of her way to get the information and prices if it wasn't in the pack we asked for. We then had a look around the car and went on out test drive. Abbie ensured we got to know the car before driving it. She is an amazing park of the skoda team and her Knowledge especially dealing with motability is excellent. We just want to thank Abbie and the other guy's whom I must say are all polite and acknowledged us, not like some unnamed car dealers around the corner. So looking forward to returning. Thanks guys. We went have a look at Skoda cars, perhaps with the intention of buying one . We were introduced to Abbie who showed us a number of cars which met our requirements. She was very patient and did not pressure us into buying any particular car. The decision was entirely ours ! We arranged a test drive a Skoda Scala and were able to use a route of our choice. We had no doubt that this was the car of our choice. When it came to the paperwork, Abbie was very efficient and explained everything thing clearly. We met her manager Fiona who came personally to thank us for our purchase. We came away with a realistic deal on our car for part exchange . On the day of purchase the features of the car were explained clearly and some were set up for us by Abbie herself .Nothing was too much trouble. We must not forget to mention the finance guy who explained everything clearly .On request when asked to supply paper copies of the details ,nothing was too much trouble once again. Thank you! A truly marvelous experience from start to finish. I called into DM Keith to take a look at the Cupra Formentor where I met Callum Lee. A truly knowledgeable, approachable fella with a great sense of humour. Having made me feel at ease it was a breeze to ask as many questions as I liked and feel truly welcomed. Genuinely outstanding personal and thoughtful buying experience. Our family car of 7 years died on us 2 weeks before Christmas . We had the option of paying 2k+ with ford to fix or looking into buying a new car, the latter rather daunting but proved the most economical and reliable with a young family in the long run. From start to finish Mia was exceptional and went above and beyond help us. At no point did we feel pressured, or rushed or oversold in any respect. We felt listened to and respected. Really enjoyed my experience at DM Keith's. From first entering the showroom, to meeting Linda the sales adviser. She explained everything that was going on with my Cupra. She explained that there was a lot of work to be done to the vehicle, no worries. The only issue I had was when i called to collect my Cupra the sales gentlemen with the grey hair and Tash said, Yes mate, How can I help you looking at me strange. I bough my a used car two weeks ago and had a minor problem. I am leaving the best score I can and I will explain. The sales treatment I received from Andrew was very good and a deal to suit all parties was done swiftly and without the ‘hard sell’. A few days after collecting my car I notice an issue with the air con. This is where this dealerships service really excelled. The car was taken back and I was given a replacement car and then sooner than expected my car was returned to me. David and his team could not have done any more to ensure I was looked after. They really care about after sales service. I have tried to think in my 22 years of driving and owning cars of a better level of after care I have received and I cannot. My grandson’s was booked in for its second Covid restricted service today. This year was much better than the severe restrictions of last year. People are quick to complain when things are bad but his customer service was superb and would definitely recommend. A nice showroom and friendly staff. Sales seem decent and fair. The service side made me very unhappy. Sent me a video of the underside of the car and saying all is fine.... didn't mention the turbo failure! So ended up picking up the car with an engine fault and having to bring it back a few days later. Didn't offer a courtesy car while we had to wait for a warranty part. Appalling communication and quite stressful. I suspect their communication and internal processes were to blame for this, everyone seemed bewildered but nobody took any responsibility for the bad service.

I had amazing service from Tom S!!! I just bought a brand new Seat Ateca Technology. Given the global pandemic and the inability to actually go and view the car, or test drive it- I still received above and beyond service! Tom was very communicative, and available for any questions. He put together short videos of the car so I knew how to use the features. He even drove it himself to my home to drop it off, you cannot fault this amazing service! I purchased an Octavia VRS from Daniel Moore and picked up my new car yesterday. I was a very straightforward and hassle free purchase. I suggested the type of vehicle and was presented with well thought out options along with multiple quotes on each to suit my needs. The vehicle needed some touch ups, which I was made aware of in advance and Daniel arranged the necessary work to be carried out around my schedule. Upon picking up the vehicle there was still a small chip in the windscreen which Daniel then arranged with a window specialist to come to my house some 2 hours later the same day and have fixed on my drive. Very good experience for second service on my Superb (36,000 miles). Good covid-friendly process, thanks to service advisor. My concerns relate to their refusal (as a Skoda main dealer) to take to up the cracked and distorted brake discs as a warranty issue. I have done over 80,000 miles and 4 or 5 years on the original brakes with my last four Skoda or Seat cars, so I am very disappointed at these needing to be replaced at less than half that mileage, with similar use. I will have to approach Skoda myself to see if they will honour their warranty.

I had the best experience with the sales team quiet informative. But the experience with service team is the worst. Got a engine alert took it there and paid for initial diagnosis after reading the code the sales head is not on a position to tell me what might be the problem is, instead recommend to strip the engine down which is £800. Really amused claiming to be official Seat dealer and can't even advise what might be the problem, when asked the same question the sales manager is to arrogant.

60 mile round trip to see a car I was assured this morning on the phone was still for sale, got there to be told it was sold yesterday, no apology, no explanation why I was told it was available, sales manager hid in office and sent the junior out to deal with us. Incompetent and gutless.
