E. W.Fantastic customer service, both up to the day the car was going in, during and afterwards with a follow-up call. By the best customer service from any main dealer I’ve ever dealt with! There was a delay for a part to get my car through its MOT (entirely out of Drakes’ control), and it was no hassle to keep the courtesy car another day. Would highly recommend, regardless of whether you have a Renault or not.

Arrived to book in and received in a pleasant and professional manner. I was informed of the price and extra options and asked if I wanted the car washing (no charge).
It was going to be a couple of hours so we had a walk to the nearby garden centre. Almost exactly two hours later I received a text to say the car was ready for pick up.
The car was waiting in the car park, clean, serviced and with a full MOT.
All in all a stress free interaction, but I would expect nothing less, I have used Drakes Garage for many years, not only for service, but also to purchase my cars.

j. V.Drakes have always had a very good customer relationship. The Scenic was collected and returned from my home by polite and cheerful drivers. There were no unexpected problems but I was informed by phone of a tyre which while not needing immediate change would be unlikely to last until the next service. /it was returned having been serviced and cleaned both inside and out.
