The service from these guys was absolutely amazing!!! Genuine guys who have a love for motors an passion just as strong as mine! They phoned in the morning and had the car off my drive in the evening, coming all the way from York, kept me informed through the process and didn’t try haggle or be unreasonable!! I’ve worked in dealerships and these guys service was second to none! Process was thorough and efficient! Brought a 335d from motoplex last October. First impressions was surprised to see the dealership was an old pub when I turned up not a showroom didn't shout performance luxury car dealership, not to take anything away from them but if you want to sell cars and come across professional, dress smart not in one piece tracksuits and trainers nevertheless guys were very friendly on welcome. I was shown the vechile by one of the guys and given the keys but nobody stayed with me to talk about it or show me any features or talk about the car at all the delivery driver who collects their cars spent most time talking to me he was a top bloke. Got the car back home, drive back was great impressed with the car only thing that wasn't sure about was this annoying vibration through the car at around 65 -70 mph thought initially was wheel related so shelled out £60 to have that done and didn't fix the problem annoyingly. Had it checked by a garage who told me transfer box which shocked me. They advised me to take it to bmw who could investigate further and all it turned out to be is the front splitter was loose and vibrating at speed, better than transfer box but still cost me £120 for bmw to fix. There was also a very small amount of damage to one of the doors which needed spraying to put right, I queried it because one of the invoices that came with the vechile stated damage to rear door repaired but possibly had not been done by repairer. Unfortunately I didn't catch this when i picked the vechile up because it was covered in water from the morning cold weather and only was visible when i got home and car was dry from driving. I contacted to ask adam if he had paid to have it done already but he said no must be an invoice from previous owner but nevertheless offered to pay for it to be fixed, I thought wow what a great place to offer that considering the car was nearly 30k couple 100 on a spray job just to get it 100% is a great attitude. But honestly my god what a battle it was to get the payment for the job to be done. I got an invoice as asked to do so and was immediately told no to much I didn't think £300 was a ridiculous amount to have a door and rear quarter sprayed but apparently he could "get it all done for £100 at his end" so wasn't willing to do it even tho he offered. After hounding him for weeks ringing and texting we finally agreed to go halves on the repair and I agreed, I just couldn't be bothered to keep arguing and just wanted to get the car fixed. Despite all this I would recommend motoplex the car has been fantastic once a few small issues were sorted, going forward maybe aftercare and company image and appearance is something that could be looked at 👍

Despite the difficulties of trying to buy a car from over 330miles away during lockdown, Mike made me feel comfortable & reassured. Not only did they offer a great price on the car but were able to MOT it & deliver it the same day! My car arrived in Devon at 23:30 on the same day I bought it…! So, I always leave it a while before leaving a review because it’s easy to leave a glowing review whilst you’re still high on the excitement of buying a new car. A couple of months after receiving the car, the boot completely stopped working & wouldn’t open. Rather annoyed, particularly over the Xmas season where the use of a boot for shopping would have been helpful, I made a quick call to Mike who helped us deal with the situation quickly & efficiently. A* Car, A* Staff & A* Service. How can you fault them?

Great experience buying my Mazda and selling my Astra in px through Motoplex! Adam and Mike were so helpful the whole way through and understood what it’s like buying a ‘new’ car.
