I was sad to sell my baby but Eddie is such a nice guy and did everything and more he said he would. Offered me a fair price once advert was out and I agreed to it a week later. Paperwork was a doddle and the mi et arrived within a few days as he said it would. He even emailed me to check. Despite being the other end of the country, I will definitely come back next time I want to buy another 911

Good experience from first contact the communication and meeting my expectations was excellent. Richard assured me over the phone the 718S was in immaculate condition I placed a deposit to hold the car and was not disappointed when I called in to test drive. The benefits of buying a used car from a Porsche centre are very reassuring, 2 year warranty and presented condition, attention to detail, coffee and biscuits were great too. Unfortunately I live 110 miles away so will not be able to use for servicing. Best wishes and good luck in the future to all the team.

Reece should be welcomed into the sales team immediately. He was brilliant. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in ages. He was courteous, friendly, balanced, informed and obviously passionate about the cars. He was one of the best adverts for any dealer, anywhere. After visiting several of the dealers in that area on Sat he stood miles above any other experience. Please offer this man a full time role. He epitomises 21st century service. Customer centric and passionate. In my own work, I work with senior leaders and boards in culture and transformation and Reece was someone I would employ without a second thought. Emailed to check if a car was still available. Within minutes Mathew rang full of information on the 911. I asked about certain areas of the car and Mathew did a walk round video focusing on areas of interest to me. I decided to buy the car and arranged a collection date with Mathew. I arrived at Porsche York to a fantastic hand over , a very brightly lit hand over area , car covered with a big indoor cover and a big flat screen monitor with my name on it congratulating me on my purchase , Over all it was an exiting and stress free experience. All the staff are friendly and know the products inside out. They have been helpful from the point of speccing the car, keeping us informed of production dates all the way through to delivery. We are from Lincoln and Kate has picked us up from the local train station when collecting cars. Richard has been great during handover and patient when setting up the systems on the cars.
