We had been looking for a particular model of Nissan Qashqai for some time. We found that Stoneacre York had the perfect match in the colour we had been looking for. I rang and talked to Matt who was very helpful, I had questions about the condition, I asked him to be honest as we had travelled distances to different dealerships, only to find that on viewing the condition was never as described by the salesmen. We arranged a viewing for the following day and I a pleased to say I have only got good thing to say about Matt and his eye for detail, he was totally honest about the condition, he was most helpful arranging the test drive and sharing his knowledge about the car….he did not pressure or rush us in making a decision. We of course bought the car and we’re expecting to need to travel back to York to pick the car up at a later date, Matt tried his best to get the details tied up so that we could take it home the same day, however we were unable to sort our insurance…so Matt and the other guys in the office said they would arrange for it to be delivered the following day. What a great service, definitely worth a visit!!!

Visited stoneacre York on Tuesday 30th November, had a appointment booked for 2oclock and arrived just before, was greeted by Reece who was absolutely lovely, showed us round but gave me and my partner plenty of space and time to see what was available, quickly came to realise the car that we ideally wanted. Spoke about our situation and what we was hopeing for and he was kind understanding and gave us some very useful advice, not long after we took it for a test drive and quickly feel in love with the car but was having a few issues with the price, we ended up part exchanging our old car and recieved our new car the next day will a reduced price and a handful of amazing freebies! Reece and richard helped us both through the process, was very patient and kind and the customer service couldn't have been better, which really made me feel at ease. Can't thank you them both enough and if anyone is really thinking about looking for a new car at this time of year I would recommend both staff members as they were impeccable. Dana and Richard.

I booked the car for 2 tyres 08:30 - 09:30. Dropped off the car at 08:20 and was asked to leave it all day, I couldn't do that but it then became half day, couldn't do that and then became about an hour. All interspersed with trips to see the fitter. The lady told tell me the appointment was just a drop off time, not sure then how they cope with the 15:30 -1630 slot advertised but I won't be using them to find out. Lord knows how long they take for a service. Car returned at 10:15.

Just picked up a new car from Stoneacre Ford in York. Absolutely perfect service from the generous test drive right through to collection. At first, I was skeptical about having a fault fixed on the guarantee, due to all the horror stories of franchised car dealerships. York stoneacre however were brilliant. I went In with a problem, they fixed it under the lifeline warranty , without any quibbles and washed it afterwards. Would like to say the older lady was warm, welcoming and friendly, this was not the case, maybe she was having a bad day but a good morning and a smile go a long way!!! Zoe, Jason, Steve and Russel were all a pleasure to deal with, even going to the length of getting my wife a bouquet of flowers on collection day (which she loved). Hi there just a quick thank you to the staff at Stoneacre York, for making my purchasing of a car, nice and easy!! From greeting me warmly as soon as I set foot in Stonecare to showing me the car I had chosen to look at on line, to letting me run off in the car by myself, very trusting I was impressed. Just bought a new, well used but new to me, car from Stoneacre York. The customer service from Chris was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. After giving some details of what I needed in a car he took me straight to the one I eventually purchased! I was able to test drive the car alone which to me is great as sometimes you can get a bit nervous with a salesman analysing each manoeuvre! My wife and I, bought a new car from Stoneacre York, last week. The car is the Ka+ and the car is great, just right for running to work /shopping. But trying to get the salesmen to listen to what we asked for, was hard work. All they seem to want is to sell you extras. Extended guarantees and some fancy paint protection . The paint should be of a high standard to start with. And if the car is built right it should be reliable. We asked for the car to be registered in my name (several times) but when we get the log book it's registered in my wife's name. so now we have to get it altered. just wish they would pay attention. will have to think about if we go back to them next we change car. Many thanks to Chris Woods for his help in resolving this matter. We were pleased that he took the time.to get back to us so quickly. And made us feel that our opinion mattered. Wow - what fantastic service. I went into Stoneacre York on Monday to buy a new car, and Natalie Major was fantastic and got me a really good deal. Last week my Kuga developed an engine management problem and the computer advised me to stop the vehicle. I telephoned Ford Roadside Recovery and they sent out the AA. Recently bought two cars for my wife and I for a second time (the last being two years ago). We dealt with Zoe at Stoneacre York on both occasions and she’s been absolutely fantastic, found us both cars that matched our colour, engine size and all the spec. We live in South Wales and had awful service from many Ford dealerships closer to home but Zoe at Stoneacre York has been by far the best we’ve dealt with. As we live so far away, most of the communication was done through email and all emails were responsed to within 24 hours. She was easy to get hold of and kept us updated on regular intervals about the progress of the car. She also arranged delivery to the house and collection of our old cars, couldn’t have asked for better service. If you pop in, ask for Zoe! Really pleased with both cars and this is the only place we’ll be returning to should we want to upgrade.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased a nearly new car from Stoneacre York, as with the first time it was a positive experience. Gaz looked after us on both occasions and this time it was another easy process, Gaz showed us a couple of cars and once we looked at the car we liked he had no hesitation in offering a test drive. We went out alone and went for a good drive. On return we spoke to Gaz again to try and work out an acceptable deal. At no point were we pressurised or constantly bombarded with information. Any questions that were asked were answered quickly and efficiently. A deal was agreed on and all the paperwork was completed efficiently with minimum delay.
