I must say,what a fantastic dealership.
Daisy Barton at the service desk met me in the morning and guided me through the process of my cars service and did it with a fantastic smile and the best customer service and professionalism that you expect from BMW.
When I went back to collect my car (sorry for being late Daisy),the service again was top drawer from Daisy and her technicians.
I highly recommend this BMW dealership,and I will be returning my car here EVERY time it needs looking after.

In the end, although I didn't buy the new version of the 3 series due to company car emissions restrictions, Ollie was more than helpful in every avenue I explored on costs / spec & availability.
