Fantastic level of service from Louis throughout. He sourced a vehicle from elsewhere in the JCT600 group and kept us posted as to when it would be available to view and test drive. He arranged for some remedial work to be undertaken on the paintwork - completed to an excellent standard by the team. Having recently had a very poor experience with another VW dealership (not JCT600) elsewhere in the UK my dealings with Louis have restored my faith that there are sales execs and dealerships that still care about delivering customer service - well done JCT600 VW York!
