M. G.I was satisfied, we rented a médium var for 5 persons, we got new model of Skoda Octavia, diesel, low consumption. All was smooth, return just leasing the car at the pickup location ,Keys into the return box. I was happy with Budget for the third time.
B. G.Excellent service. The staff is very helpful, courteous and nice. We found ourselves well because it was a last minute choice: not finding cars in Dublin, due to too high prices for the Easter period and due to the lack of post-covid cars (they sold a lot of them due to the pandemic), we chose to come here by bus and we found a rather cheap and lucky solution. All easy and friendly. Unlike other companies, this one allowed us to leave the car in Dublin, where the staff were equally friendly. No problem. Thanks for all!
I. M.Booked a car group supposed to be similar to VW polo. Got a Hyundai I10 with 45k miles on it.....not really the same I would suggest.
T. L.Budget Car Rental staff were extremely helpful, especially at the front desk. I booked the car for the wrong day but it was easily rectified. The car was in great condition. The car hire car park is a short walk from the terminal and getting out and into Belfast couldn't be easier. Very satisfied with my experience
H. B.Lovely welcome at the desk, got the usual insurance top up sell but i had bought my own excess insurance cover and this was accepted fine. The car was very very basic which i guess keeps the costs down but even so, buy the next model up guys, you can afford to & you will find people will hire from you.

H. D.The car was fine, and the pickup was easy with friendly staff, so I would recommend them from this point of view. However, our issue is that the car absolutely stank of stale smoke, so much so that our hands, hair and clothes all stank of it when we exited the vehicle. It was revolting. SO strong and the company clearly knew about the smell as they had tried to mask it with air fresheners/cleaning products, but it hadn't worked!When hiring a car you shouldn't be subjected to this.
Also, it says their opening hours are 5.30am, but when we dropped the car back this morning at 6.15am, there was no-one to talk to to report the problem, so we just had to do the quick key drop.
M. B.A small problem caused not by the Car Hire Company but yet again by a business travel booking company, was resolved with a superb can do and friendly counter service. Swiftly sorting out a car adequate for our needs. The despatch and collection staff were equally friendly and helpful.
And the staff were just as courteous and friendly on return. Small things make a big difference. Budget can be proud of their staff here.
F. M.I'm delighted with Budget for pulling out all of the stops to return my mobile phone which I left at the car return kiosk. I am going to Toronto and not having my phone would have been a disaster. It is now safely back in my hands and i'm so relieved. Thanks very much Budget, you have been brilliant. Oh, and the car was great too !
R. G.Hard to beat for value for money. I booked a Ford Focus size car. I was able to get two medium cases into the boot. The car I got was an Irish registered car which only shows your speed in kilometres.
D.Great staff. Very fast and organised. Thought it would be more difficult being a Canadian and renting a car in the UK but they made it feel like any other car rental. Helped me with all the info I needed and suggest a lot of great help. Thanks!
R. G.Excellent value for money and great car to use during trip to Northern Ireland, the Citroen C3 was economical, drove well and was full of equipment including satnav, parking sensors, reversing camera, telephone etc. Would definitely book through Budget Car Hire again
P. M.When i arrived had to wait 30 minutes because car wasn´t ready, then gave a car from a lower group than the one i´ve paid, after refusing it tried to give a even smaller car and finally an hour after the scheduled pick-up time they gave the correct car.

t. w.Hired a van but had to walk into a carpark at the other side of the airport to pick it up.. when I returned it the returns hut was closed, made a call and 5 minutes later someone turned up to receive the vehicle back. Friendly staff, clean vehicles and you get sent photos of dents and marks on the vehicle before you pick it up.
