Rented a Car with Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham The 2 guys who handled the job were very professional and polite. My car was not ready for pickup However the guys at Johnsons Birmingham Rentals called me and left messages informing me of the delay which was very helpful, The high level of customer service that was provided will not be forgotten and I certainly recommend Birmingham Johnsons Volkswagen for Rentals , quick easy close by Brilliant service

Great service! Came across Raheel and Zain for the first time, they both were very professional to deal with. Would absolutely rent from VW again, great work guys! Not everyone gets credit for the work they do, you throughly deserve it, I can only imagine how other clients must feel. Thank you!

Hired 2 cars for few days and the whole experience has been amazing. I have used quite a few companies but I would have to say this has been the best. Lucian has been great and very helpful. Has made the entire process very smooth. Would definitely hire from them again in future.

Rented the car for the weekend. Received excellent customer service from Lucian Groza. When I went to pick the car up I was out of their within 10 minutes. The car was in a superb condition really good drive. The prices are very reasonable and I will coming back again in the future for car rentals.

Rented a car for 10 days. Brilliant service by Lucian and a brand-new car in great condition and with decent spec-s. Very good value for money as the car rental cost me almost 50% less than other high street car rentals. Will definitely return for my next rental.

This was a very straight forward transaction, Lucian was very efficient and helpful. The car was virtually brand new which I enjoyed driving despite it being much smaller than my own car. Rental rates were reasonable with no hidden surprises. I had to extend the rental twice due to my own car not being ready at the bodyshop, this was done simply via a telephone call.

I had hired a vehicle for the weekend from vw rent a car Birmingham, the service recieved was 10/10. The vehicle i had was a new 2020 VW Golf, immaculate condition inside out, drove perfectly.
