It was the best! Thank you very much. Anita was simply brilliant - the best customer service I've had from anywhere, for anything. She made the whole process clear and easy to understand, and I think most importantly, Anita made me feel less frightened about driving on the "wrong" side of the road. :D I will always use Hertz when I come to England, thank you again!

Nice experience at this store: Tire went flat a few kilometers after leaving the rental yard. Put on the spare and drove back to agency. They took my word that the tire warning light was previously on, gave me an upgraded car, and didn't fuss about the flat. No charges. A nice memory (esp. together with meeting a local who helped me with the tire and offered tea!) Have been meaning to write this review for while.

5 Stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Still good. Car park still under construction 🚧 Which has more to do with Bristol Airport than Hertz. Staff friendly, almost too friendly. 😁. Cars was in excellent condition. To avoid extra charges. Always check for dents, windscreen, wheels and scrapes before you drive away. Don't smoke in the car or leave it filthy. (So many people don't get the basics right). Review 2017 They had my keys ready for me when I walked in the door. The car they have me was on top condition. I hire cars all the time and I know all the pit falls. There was no shocks here. The only complaint I have was that the car was parked an awkward position which is scary because regardless of the car you are in an unknown vehicle. The odds of doing damage are quite high at this stage. However still not worth giving them any less than 5 stars as this could be due to airport renovations.

Low mileage car, friendly rental desk staff, excellent service. Not so much on drop-off. The customer service representatives in rental returns were not on duty at 07:16 am although they should be between 07:00 - 23:00 so my return experience was poor plus they charged me additional car cleaning fee of £42 afterwards.

Perfect experience, it was quick and painless. Even if the website says the hire hall is behind the pick up car park, instead the offices are in the building in the long stay car park together with all the other rental car companies.

Bekam hier ein neuwertiges, sauberes Fahrzeug mit guter Ausstattung. Personal war freundlich. Vermisst habe ich eine Bedienungsanleitung, da einzelne Bedienelemente des Fahrzeugs sich Markenfremden Fahrern nicht immer sofort erschließen.
