I had a great experience here. We had some trouble getting to the car agency and ended up being there just after they closed. Incredibly, through extra effort from the employees there, we still got our rental. We were very grateful and their service was prompt and friendly. It's unfortunate that when we had to return our car to Heathrow the service was far worse, but I would definitely recommend this location. People make all the difference.

Hertz, good service, however, there is no office at the Temple station, a driver waits for you and takes you to the office about 3 miles away.

Very helpful. The car seat they gave us was missing a piece, but they quickly replaced it with a couple other options. They also sent me back out to fill the car with gas, after giving me a heads up on how much higher the prices were if they did it. Finally, they dropped our whole group off at the train station, even though they had to send two drivers.

The customer service with Hertz Bristol south has been world class in our experience. Upgraded the car for 24 hours until the entry level car was returned to their branch. Remembered who we were when we phoned several weeks later and sorted a change of both the return date & destination with zero hassle & without charge. I very warmly recommend Hertz South Bristol.
