I hired a Luton van from Simple Van hire and the service was excellent. No hidden costs. Alistair is helpful, friendly and very responsive to phone calls and emails. The van was modern, clean and in very good condition. The whole experience was much easier than I expected van hire to be. Thanks Ali. I've hired from Simple Van Hire on two occasions for moving, hiring the Ford Transit - XLWB (VSM) van. I had no issues at all with the service, everything was easy from start to finish and Ali was very helpful when asked questions. We needed a van at very short notice due to needing to collect a sofa. Simple van hire couldn't of been more helpful. Within the hour we had a hire van and was on our way. The service was incredibly friendly and due to being a small business it had a lovely personal touch. With past experience with other large hire companies I was very reluctant to hire again. Great to deal with this company, I hire vans a fair amount, as the name implies its very very easy to do! No hassle, no hard upsells, just good quality van hires, plus longer days than all the others none of the 9am-5pm rubbish, nice long day which saves money! I will not be using any other hire companies ever again!

I cannot recommend Alister and simple van hire enough. Whilst trying to plan a very frustrating house move where we was eventually given less than 24 hours notice Alister did everything possible to help and supply us with a van. The van was top quality too very nice to drive and his prices were very reasonable. Forget going to the usual van hire firms and use this company I certainly will in the future.
