Amazing! Due to a breakdown, I had to use a courtesy car via Enterprise Broad Lane for approx 5 weeks. From start to finish, the whole process was stress free and easy including me wanting a change of vehicle in-between. The members of staff I dealt with were Umar and Sophie. Both were very professional, friendly and helpful. Umar went above and beyond to source me a specific car type which really helped me out. (Hybrid) I think it is important to leave a review when good service is received as unfortunately it doesn't happen very often. Very happy customer. Keep up the good work guys 👏

Really helpful lads work here- they talked through my options despite it being past closing time and helped me to solve my car issues. The manager at Coventry branch knowledgeable about the cars and rental process and prompt to respond to requests. Good service 👍 👌

The best car rental company. Very friendly staff. I rented last few days a van from them and I am well happy with all the services offered. The staff from there was really amazing. Twice in the last couple of months my car has had to go for repair through my insurance and I've been provided with a courtesy car. Enterprise made sure the one I was given was in line with my upgraded insurance cover and the car was spotlessly clean. Members of staff were always very friendly and helpful. In fact the lovely guy who collected the car to take it back went the extra mile (several actually). Part way to the office he realised I'd left some CD's in the car and promptly turned round to bring them back to me. That really is focusing on the customer, thank you.

Brilliant service and lovely helpful staff..couldn't of asked for better after a stressful weekend after my little 22yr old car got written off after a 3 car smash and I was in the middle..a great relief to get a courticy car as a live in the countryside..well done boys ..you doing Ng q great job...Carole xx

Was given a 1 year old VW Crafter which was spot on. Immaculate van. Staff very efficient. Deposit fully refunded within a couple of days. Will definitely use again.

3 stars because of enterprise policy, not local staff. The staff at this branch were friendly and kind. They knew their stuff and guided me seamlessly through the process, making clear how things worked at each step, and making sure I knew all my options. I've taken off one star due to the fuel policy. They gave me the van with a teeny bit of petrol in. I had no idea how fuel efficient vans are so put quite a bit in, and ended up returning it with more fuel than I got it. Just give it to me full and fill it when I return, and charge me for that fuel? Easy? Second star removed because of returning hours. I wanted a van from 16:00-20:00 but had to have it for 24 hours, taking it to work and back the next day, because you can't return it in the evening or early morning. Both are head-office policy and apply to all enterprise places.

Absolutely fantastic company and the staff are a real asset to the Broad Lane branch, booked a van which was brand new and spotlessly clean, damage deposit was returned within 48hrs, I used to use hertz but after after the level and quality of service I was given I will always use enterprise when in need of a van or car. 100% recommended
