Great service, we hired a 12 seater mini bus for a trip to France and the service was excellent with great communication about the delivery and pick up of the mini bus which was great. The mini bus was in great condition and was very clean and obviously well maintained which is what you want when you are travelling 1800 miles in a week. It was also great value for money and being several hundred pounds cheaper than nearest quote this is a real bonus. I can recommend these guys and will be using them again. Richard Harrison

Great company - excellent communication and no hidden charges - I would highly recommend. They delivered and collected the van which was a bonus. I never knew that booking a mini van to travel from UK to Europe could be such a hassle with the usual rental companies - Ace car & Van Hire came to our rescue. 8 friends looking to travel to Paris for the weekend to attend a concert - we considered flying or Euro star but nothing beats a road trip.

I flew in to Liverpool airport from Milan, with some very tired travellers. The mini bus was waiting for when we arrived, the staff were very helpful and courteous. They were very kind, they came to pick us up at the station closest to Rosith and they took us back on the day of the return. (Translated) I give it 5 stars because the boy simply saved the trip. We booked in another company with the surprise that in the end they did not let us rent it and above all they did not give us any solution. Overall, we went to the Edinburgh tourist office and a boy who knew how to speak Spanish gave us several solutions, including that it is possible to rent a car with a debit card. So we took a taxi to Rosyth. He offered us, in my opinion, a car at a very correct price. A very used car and not very reliable at the braking level, but honestly its performance overshadowed it. We returned the car safely to him, thanked them all for allowing us to make the trip through the Hightlands, and they refund the deposit (not too excessive, not at all) that I received when my bank left the OK. Thanks again guys! (Original) Le pongo 5 estrellas porque simplemente el chico nos salvo el viaje. Reservemos en otra empresa con la sorpresa de que al final no nos lo dejaron alquilar y encima no nos dio ninguna solución. Total, fuimos a la oficina de turismo de Edimburgo y un chico que sabia hablar español nos dio varias soluciones, entre ellas que SI es posible alquilar un coche con tarjeta de debito. Así que fuimos en taxi a Rosyth. Nos ofreció, a mi parecer, un coche a un precio correctísimo. Un coche muy usado y no muy fiable a nivel de frenado, pero honestamente sus prestaciones le hacían sombra. Le devolvimos el coche sano y salvo, les dimos todas las gracias por habernos permitido realizar el viaje por las Hightlands, y me reembolsan la fianza (no muy excesiva, para nada) que me llegara cuando mi banco de el OK. Gracias de nuevo chicos!
