G. W.What a life saver this place has been.. Spoke with Clare as i urgently needed a van after being let down by Boulevard van hire in EK
Boulevard is an Absolute joke of a place..
Boulevard:
Called to book a high top LWB for a Friday afternoon pick up.
Was advised would be £75.
Called a day later to ask for a Luton van as had more stuff then expecting to move from Leeds and was advised they wouldn't let the Luton travel that far, so I agreed to stick with the LWB van.
Turned up on the day and they had the wrong van, was a medium size van and they also said that I shouldn't be £75 and should be more. I explained that I was not told this over the phone and also its the wrong size van.
Said I was not happy and then they got cheeky and said that "it's only a verbal agreement and no money has been taken so no contract in place"
Couldn't belive it when they spoke to me like that.. and they wouldn't be giving out tye van they had for going to Leeds as its not insured to ho more than 100 miles for breakdown reasons
Now I was left with no van and needing to move my girlfriend out her flat in the morning...
Absolute joke of a company with zero customer service and attitude

Called and spoke with Clare and explained what was going on.. Clare advised they were booked for today but could do Saturday for the day.
Thankfully the Lovely lady clare called me back and advised that she has been able to rearrange a booking and I could pick a van up at the end of the day with them.. What an absolute Gem she is..

G. M.Over the past two weekends we have hired our van from the East Kilbride Arnold Clark branch. The service from the whole team was first class and a real pleasure to deal with. I received a call from the team 24hrs prior to collecting the van to help speed up the collection process. The staff were well organised, helpful and very efficient. On returning the van (on both occasions) the process was very quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the East Kilbride Car & Van rental branch of Arnold Clark.
