The service we received was outstanding! I travelled up from London by train with my 83 old aunt. The journey was a complete nightmare with train cancellations etc. But Jack Kerr stayed until 7.30pm on Friday evening though was meant to finish at 5pm to ensure we had our car - which was a great car, immaculate like the service we received. Just knowing he would wait for us to arrive took so much pressure off of us, knowing we could still get to our destination. Thank you Jack and the team! Would 100% use there service again.

I have used Enterprise in Oswald Street on a couple of occasions recently and both times I was really impressed with the customer service. The first occasion I reserved online. You are sent a pass and can pre enter your details so it's much quicker o the day. I was in and out in what seemed like minutes. Fantastic ! The second time , I had already had a bit of a stressful morning by the time I arrived, and a situation arose just after leaving the Enterprise grounds. The response from the Enterprise team was amazing. Really reassuring. Totally turned my day around for the better! I would definitely recommend them for any rental requirements. Very happy customer.

Best car rental experience I've ever had. Made the reservation with a quick phone call, all the relevant information about insurance coverage and prices, mileage (free), type of car and pick up and return details explained and the confirmed by an e-mail following the call. No payment was taken in advance. Both the car rental price and the deposit were reasonable. Pick up service was excellent - the company called us to let us know they were on their way, and called again when they arrived. Returning the car was simple and easy, the car check was fast and straight forward. Debit payment accepted, excellent. Fantastic experience, great car! Totally recommend it!

Place is fine. The one member of staff that I encountered was nice. The only minor point is that the access is down a really tight ramp and could be tricky. Also the way out that I was pointed towards was back up said ramp and there was a good sized pile of vomit at the top.

I dealt with a chap named Sam when picking the car up. He was polite, friendly and helpful. The team here seem like a really nice bunch. The car was ready, had just been cleaned and everything was checked and clearly explained before I departed. Very impressed. They seem to have nice cars rather than the base model offerings of some other agencies. A lorry reversed into the car while on hire and did some cosmetic damage. All handled without hassle on return. Having the additional insurance cover was a relief. A very professional team.

I had pretty easy and pleasant experience with Enterprise. Nice low millage car, in pristine condition. No worries over 900 miles in four days. They gave me the car 20 minutes earlier than my reservation, as I was early myself. The reason of 4 stars is the fuel. On the website it was mentioned full tank to full tank. You take it full, return it full, easy. Sadly however, I received the car with 1/8 or less fuel, even though the previous renter returned the car empty and I got informed they just went to gas station to pump fuel for me. Yet I received the car with 1/8. Why going to the petrol station to pump £5-6? It makes no sense. This was my first time driving on the left, so I was kind of worried and the first thing I needed to do is look for a petrol station. Not cool! Upon my return, I''ve been asked was everything alright, where I mentioned the fuel issue again. The lady very politely explained "yes it is written, but we do not have a fuel tank ourselves" and cannot provide full-full. I didn't bother to argue as there is no point. In my country almost all rental agencies are working the same way. But the full to full ones, are going to the gas station to pump the cars full, if the previous renter hasn't. And you receive it full. Not a single one of them offices have own fuel tank on-site. Be prepared of the possibility to receive the car with close to no fuel. And of course you need to return it with the same amount as received. If you return it with more, well your problem.

Coming in to Glasgow on the train and checking google maps for the location of Enterprise, I was genuinely fearful of the kind of reception I would receive; I must admit, I was expecting the worst. I could not have been more wrong. Whoever is responsible for this team genuinely deserves credit. they were all enormously helpful, professional, polite and incredibly fast and efficient. From the booking over the phone the day before to the drop back. Even the price and product could not be faulted. With Avis quoting me £60 and expecting me to get a taxi out to who-knows-where, I wasn't expecting much when I was quoted £32 by Enterprise for the day's hire. The Astra i got was great, everything I could have wanted and more and fantastic for the 250-300 miles I needed to cover those two days. Of special mention, Ian Kelly was the young guy who welcomed me and got me sorted initially. Despite my paperwork not being totally in order, he had already warned me of everything I needed to bring and the process went very smoothly. I can rarely be bothered writing reviews after retail/service encounters, positive or otherwise, but I must say these guys far exceeded my expectations and I felt compelled to record my experience to counter what I can only assume are a few fabricated reviews elsewhere on google. Could not recommend more highly. So close to Glasgow main train station, such good value and such nice people, it's a no-brainer; would definitely use again.

This was hands-down the best car rental experience we've ever had! Ian was incredibly helpful and friendly and we felt we were in great hands the entire time. He checked out the car with us and took the time to highlight the particular things we'd need to pay attention to while driving on the opposite side of the road. We'd planned a road trip through the Highlands where many people said satellite maps were unreliable, so Ian provided a UK map book. It saved us many times and also allowed us to check out a few additional wonderful places! Returning the car was easy and the gal helping us was just as friendly as Ian. Fabulous experience overall.

I've used this place a few times. The cars have been great every time and the staff have been really friendly. Once they even let us push our drop off time back by a few hours for free because we'd got delayed on the way back from our road trip. We've had a couple of quite long waits when picking up cars (20-30ish minutes) when it's been busy. The pickup/drop off area is underground and usually extremely crowded with lots of cars manovering around in a vert tight place. Not really what you want when driving a car that you don't own and aren't used to.

Enterprise employee Caitlin explained everything and made sure I was aware of what to do with the car and if there was any problems and what to do when returning the car. All staff were very helpful when I had to call Enterprise during the time I had the car. Rates seem favourable though my insurance company was dealing with that side.

The team at Glasgow city centre branch were professional and had great communication. They dealt with me due to my car being in an accident, not my fault. The other parties insurance company hired Enterprise. Getting access to the courtesy car wasn't great as I had to be collected at my home, driven to their office in city centre to signpapers then given car to drive back From leaving home to getting home it was 100 mins. I felt they were a bit short staff based on the fact they wanted me to return the car to be then driven back home again, waste of my time once again. I should not have been out of time all based on the accident not being my fault. So I think the problem is more the insurance companies than it was Enterprise. All in all a good service, great car.

Rented a nine seater van for an overnight trip. Customer service was great. Vehicle came at a very reasonable price. The underground garage in which they're based was a bit tricky to navigate the van out of, but nothing insurmountable. Would rent from them again.

Booked online to do a short van rental rang up to check I was ok to go and the receptionist after doing a home address check on their system mentioned I would need to pay a £200 deposit (this was not clear on their website) I told them this and the lady said she will consider my feedback to check and update the website to make this more clear. My collection time was 7pm and I got there 10 minutes before. First thing I had to do was pay my £200 deposit. I was explained that all the vans were out at the moment and one of the vans they were expecting to return that I would be using was delayed. I waited about 5 minutes and Mohamed (the manager) said he would give me a lift to their other branch a couple miles away to use the medium van their. Mohammed was friendly and said I would not have to pay the diesel out of courtesy for the delay as long as I did not use more than 3/4 of the tank, so I didn't have to pay the diesel in the end :-) I was happy with the service from all the team despite the delay. I would definitely use you guys again. :-)

The garage in Glasgow is very tight, but it is in a city centre location which is extremely convenient. Maybe your staff could park the car for the customers on return?

My only negative experience is the car is not supplied with a full tank of fuel. I did not know how much fuel I would use and so did not want to buy fuel for someonelse's benefit. I mentioned this at the return and the staff explained it was Company policy and they only supply full tanks at Airport locations. Why?

The service and the cars are good. The only thing that I don't like is that if you take a car with 50% of gasoil you need to return the car with the same (or more) gasoil... so, usually you'll return the car with more gasoil but they never pay to you this extra gasoil...

(Translated) Everything went perfectly. Rental of an automatic SUV mid-August in perfect condition, a pleasure to drive with. Easy collection at the agency, very nice staff. The £200 deposit could be paid with a standard French debit card. Be careful if you rent a vehicle from a higher range with a higher deposit, only credit cards may be accepted, check carefully. Note: unlike in France, the deposit is debited and returned at the end of the rental. Changing the tenancy directly on the Enterprise site is awesome. Arrived in the middle of a strike, we were able to change the dates at the last moment without any surplus in a few clicks and even with a nice reduction in my opinion due to the last minute prices (the price decreased by 40% between the reservation 2 months at the advance and the modification a few days before). Following some comments, we simply called to confirm the availability of the vehicle, availability on which the staff reassured us. Thanks :) (Original) Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Location d'un SUV automatique mi-août en parfait état, un plaisir de rouler avec. Récupération facile à l'agence, personnel très gentil. Le dépôt de £200 a pu être réglé avec une carte de débit française classique. Attention si vous louez un véhicule d'une gamme supérieure avec une caution supérieure, il se peut que seule la carte de crédit soit acceptée, vérifiez bien. A noter : contrairement à la France, la caution est débitée puis rendue à la fin de la location. Le modification de la location directement sur le site Enterprise est géniale. Arrivés en pleine grève nous avons pu au dernier moment changer les dates sans aucun surplus en quelques clics et même avec une belle réduction à mon avis dû aux prix de dernières minutes (le prix a diminué de 40% entre la réservation 2 mois à l'avance et la modification quelques jours avant). Suite à certains commentaires, nous avons simplement appelés afin de confirmer la disponibilité du véhicule, disponibilité sur laquelle le staff nous a rassuré. Merci :)
