We were given a car from enterprise from our insurance. All went well. However I left something in the car and when I phoned to retrieve this, the girl in reception noticed that it was leaflets for a campaign regards a missing person. She very selflessness asked if she could keep some and pass out to her customers to help me. Excellent service, excellent customer care, company with a heart. Thank you for all your help.

Edit. We have had great communications with Enterprise since I wrote this review and they have now compensated us and we cannot praise the reaction from them enough. We would use this company again anytime. Now due a 5 star review!! I was quoted £391 on the phone for 4 days van rental but with all the extras they added on it came to over £600! They hadn't mentioned it was ex vat. Worse, the Peugeot expert slows right down like it's in limp mode - really dangerous when trying to join traffic on the motorway and when overtaking.

Friendly and efficient staff, offers a pickup service. Used three times now, never had an issue whereby they try to hide existing cosmetic damage with a cursory 'here's he vehicle, sign here" and then go over the bodywork with a magnifying glass on return Friendly once you have, unlike some companies where you cease to exist once you have paid. Thank you, guys n girls, for making each rental an easy, hassle free experience.

The staff are brilliant and always go above and beyond. I always hire at springburn cause of the good customer service. They really do try their hardest to make sure that you are satisfied and happy. Coffee and biscuits as I waited and a lift back after dropping of the rental. They should get a pay rise tbh. Fantastic staff.

the young man who was just new to the company when I returned the vehicle was extremely helpful and was very efficient! I hired the van from the nuneaton branch and the service there was also first class, I would recommend both branches, this was due to the friendly approach at both branches, and very professional!!! I dealt with two employees at the nuneaton branch, one was female and acting manager, and the other was a male who was fairly new to the company, both were absolutely fantastic. the spring burn branch as I have said already was also fantastic! can't thank the staff enough.

I Hired a van to move some furniture from Aberdeen to Glasgow in October 2015. I was given a NEW 65 plate Ford Transit ( large van commercial ) which cost £39.99 from 8am to 8am ( 24hrs ). The process of booking the van over the web and the customer service over the phone when I needed to change the pickup location of the van to Springburn was exceptional and very easy. The van itself was very very clean and well presented inside and out. It was a dream to drive and came with 3/4 of a tank of fuel which had to be there or thereabouts when I returned it or else I would be liable for the charge of fuel used. The fuel consumption was unbelievable and only cost £45 for the journey to and from Aberdeen plus a little bit of running about to take the fuel tank back up to 3/4 full. £85 all in to move some furniture and bits and bobs from Aberdeen to Glasgow is an absolute bargain. The deposit was lower than any other company whom I contacted and was took straight from my bank card when I picked the van up and took a couple of days to re-appear in my account, which is the norm anyway. The staff at Enterprise Springburn really couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking to hire a van.
