Very good service. I hired a car with Europcar Glasgow and the whole thing was fantastic. New chap Josh and supervisor Simon got me set up quickly despite me arriving quite early. Car was spotless and pick up and drop off easy and right at the airport. Would definitely recommend.

I have just in the past two days had to deal with Europcars, I gave 5 stars and in my experience are entitled to every single star. I am having a hire to replace my own vehicle whilst in for repair. When explaining my specific needs I was offered a variety of cars, whilst not maybe identical to my BMW Twas still a choice. An hour after my first and only call one of their team called me back, she suggested the MG which suited me perfectly re my disability. The vehicle was delivered to my door an hour later. Stellar customer service imo. As for the vehicle, drives like a dream. My only previous experience with MG’s was back in the mid 60’s (GOOD TIMES) whilst MG for the moment no longer make two door soft top sports cars, if my current vehicle is the standard they now build too, ahhh but Tis a dream, me back in a two seater sports car 😁 ...

Cheap car hire straight to the point no added or hidden extras , its all straight forward, would highly recommend , brilliant service, car got delivered to the door and ideal located city centre location 👍

The service here was great. Especially Nina, who booked our hire van, minutes before closing time when we arrived after being let down by another local company. The process of booking was quick, straightforward, and the staff we encountered were all very friendly and pleasant. Our van had a slight technical issue during our hire, which was no fault of the company's (as it was brand new with less than 2k miles on the clock), and I wouldn't even mention it except to highlight how they remedied the situation. As we had a delay due to the fault, they allowed us an extra day free of charge, and couldn't have been any more apologetic. I won't hesitate to use this company again in the future for van hire, they really helped us out when one of the "big" companies had left us high and dry without the van we had booked. I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if it was possible!

Rented a car from this location for 4 days and the experience was EXCELLENT. A very big shout out to Andy, Alexandra and Hari who made the pick up and drop off very easy and customer service was spot on. I would highly recommend this place and won't think twice before going back there for my rental needs.

This location is not your typical car hire/rental spot. It's in the middle of an industrial area and not the easiest to get to. That aside, we were able to take an Uber here from our hotel and were successful in renting a nice vehicle. One word of advice... Make sure you book directly through Europcar and not through a 3rd party site. If you use a 3rd party site, there will be extra fees when you get to the counter, and these fees can amount to a lot of money.

Rented a vehicle for our two week adventure (ended up being a M. Benz TDI Touring Van) instead of a small car. Excellent help with the rental setup processes. Our journey went without a problem, the rental was excellent. If you end up renting a newer diesel vehicle, make sure you check in on the AdBlue exhaust fluid before travelling long distances! (5k-7k+ miles, vehicle dependent).

Nina was awesome!!! I was stranded in Glasgow as one of the renowned car rentals in UK told me that they couldn't accept my debit card for my confirmed booking (it worked fine with their other branches). Me and my family were clueless and we went in search of nearby car rentals, where we found this EuropCar branch. Nina not only helped us with a car in 11th hour, but provided very competitive rates as well. A big thanks to her!!!

We rented a car there for a week. The car (Vauxhall Corsa) was clean and mechanically sound. Prices are reasonable, though expect to pay extra for insurance coverage unless you're from the EU and your regular car insurance covers these kinds of costs. Staff was friendly and we didn't have any problems when returning the car.

Didn't give 5stars due to Europcar taking out the spare wheel apparently they dont supply spare wheels any more as they dont trust you will be able to fit one correctly. You have to ring roadside assistance! What if you are somewhere without service?? HSE gone mad AGAIN.
