For the second time in a month I chose a van from Vans4U Gloucester. This time I hired a Luton Van with a tail lift. The van was almost brand new and spotless inside and out. I have seen other post on here stating they think the 5 star reviews are fake, well mine certainly aren't. I took the van back in the same clean undamaged condition and duly received my deposit back. Vicky was excellent and I will certainly go back there when I need another van.

Hired a transit for 2 days. Good service and an economic price. Receptionist helpful if a little daunting on the phone. Might I suggest an email of confirmation so all details are clear before you turn up.

I was slightly wary of hiring from Vans4U due to the extremly low price and some of the one star reviews. My fears were completley unfounded, the staff were freindly and helpful in person and on the phone. The luton van I hired was spotless and in excellent condition. Even the excess milage charge seemed more than reasonable to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, just treat the vehicle as you would your own, and you won't go far wrong.

I found this company very accommodating for my hire needs. I phoned up on short notice and they were happy to help.. I needed a medium sized van for 1 day and a smaller 1 for the next day . To make things easier , they let me have the medium sized van for 2 days and only charged me the smaller van hire rate on the 2nd day. Very professional, friendly, fair and totally transparent about costs, deposits etc. 100% use again and highly recommend !

After our removals firm let us down, we managed to hire a Luton van at short notice for our move to Gloucester. This company were absolutely brilliant, I had never driven a Luton before and was given all the info I needed. The vehicle was almost new, clean and well looked after, and easy to drive. Staff at Vans4u were friendly and efficient, with the price being easily the best all round. Highly recommend this company on all levels. Thanks very much for helping to make a difficult move easier.

Hired two vans last week to move my son, both van were immaculate inside and out, excellent service from start to finish. Luton body even has spring loaded poles you can move to hold items secure in the back. Thank you.

Used Vans4U Gloucester at the beginning of April and I couldn't fault their service or van. I hired a Luton van to collect belongings from storage and it was a really nice van to drive and extremely clean. Decent price to top it off! Thanks :)

Great experience, receptionist was lovely and very easy to deal with, shown around the van first ting in the morning, the chap had already picked up on all scratches and dents. Returned the van 2 days later, everything all fine nice easy hand over. Had a long wheel base ford transit for 2 days for £100. That's less than what most companies will charge for a days hire! If I'm really nitpicking I wish they had mentioned the van would have a £4,000 excess on the insurance before pick up day as that may have changed my decision, however I imagine cheap insurance is probably one of the main reasons they can offer the vans at such a good price :)

Well what can I say besides Wow!! The lady in the office was so friendly and helpful. She made the booking very easy to complete. Went over everything I needed to know. Was shown around the van and was informed to check throughly for any damage already existing on the van. When I returned the process was so simple. Handed keys asked if I filled it, which I had. 2 guys checked the vehicle over and then I left. Great customer service. People are too quick to comment negatively so I just wanted my positive experience known!!! *****

I went to pick up the van first thing and was met by the receptionist who was friendly and sorted the paperwork quickly. I was then shown around the Luton van, which was spotless inside and out, before heading on my way. I dropped it back later in the day with a simple handover process (ASDA just next door for refuelling) and took my car which I had been able to leave there for the day. For £65 a day I would definitely recommend Vans4U Gloucester.
