Made online booking, which was subject to confirmation. This happened almost immediately and they were clear on their requirements for documents etc. Collecting the van was easy and the van (Ford Transit) was great, 70 plate, 20,000 miles. Best part for me was no arguing over damage when returning the van, even though we'd missed a bit when taking van out, I'd taken photo when I'd got it home and they accepted this no problems. Would definitely use again

I've used this company several times over the years, most recently Bank Holiday weekend 29-31 May 2021. With the intention of picking up the van on Saturday, I lost track of time. Fortunately, I got a reminder call from the company, giving me the heads up that they close at noon on Saturdays. Friendly, family run business with well maintained vehicles that are a joy to drive. Given my experience with the company over a considerable length of time, I would definitely recommend them hence the 5 stars.

Quick and easy access to any van, they are available even when booking the day before. Fair prices, just a bit more than Zipcar but double the size. When renting from evening to next day in the evening I was expecting to pay for 2 days but I was only charged for 1, which is nice. 3 times I rented from them, and I'll surely go again if I need a big van.

These guys couldn't have bent over backwards to help us out any more. Very last minute booking and they went out of their way to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. Without going into the specifics of what was a long tiring and rather unusual weekend, I suspect we were probably their most annoying and difficult customers they've ever had through the doors! Conor and the team took it on the chin and helped us out no end. I'm very happy to recommend them highly, just please take good care of their vehicles ;)

Great van hire! Easy and fuss free Needed to hire a van for half a day to place our furniture in storage. Rang up booked date needed, good price £50 plus £15 towards insurance (£250 excess if any damages if not £1000 excess). Staff are pleasant and easy going. Quick check over van and off we went. Returned checked. Would use this service again.

We needed to hire a 9 seater on short notice. Due to work commitments I was only able to pick up the vehicle on a Sunday. These guys were the only ones of the companies I searched for able to cater to that need. You are even able to leave your car at their site to avoid the parking nightmare that Hackney can be. Drove all the way to Leicester and back to London, the vehicle was smooth and trouble free. Vehicle was clean. Staff were very friendly too. Very fair pricing and conditions of hire too. Can't recommend them enough. These guys will be my first point of call next time I need to hire a vehicle. Overall a great experience.

Good van hire. Took out the extra excess insurance. Vans are new and clean. NB. If you do book the van, you cant cancel and expect that get full refund. Fair enough, if you reserve van they cannot offer rental for that day to someone else.

Had to pay 24£ extra for bringing the van an hour late, paid 85 for 24hr it's a bit funny and ridiculous charging so much for an hour. I haven't been told anything about the late fee anyway lesson learned!
