We rented a van, we received it in the scheduled time, we used it and returned it without any complications. They make and give you a checklist strongly detailed when you get the vehicle, and the inspection checklist in the same day you return it. I received mine in 30 minutes! Smooth process when you most need it during the moving. Reliable and 100% recommended.

Brilliant service, excellent and friendly phone communication (Chloe) they delivered the truck which was virtually new, collected it afterwards, and no mileage surplus charge either unlike some places. Very good value for money, and couldn't be happier with everything.

Our company have been hiring your vehicles for the last 4 – 5 months and I have personally dealt with Chloe from the Putney Branch for the duration. I would just like to say that being in business for many years and having dealt with numerous companies and individuals I have met some terrible customer service reps and some exceptional customer service reps, those who go beyond the call of duty to keep your clients happy and informed of the situation. You as a company are privileged and lucky to have such a member of staff! That member of staff is Chloe, who has since the start, been an outstanding representative of you company and in my opinion deserves to be, as we say (old soldiers terminology) “mentioned in dispatches” Her attention to detail and overall customer service is exceptional, she is polite, helpful and all together a beacon for what is good in any company! I would employ her any day as she would prove an asset to my company and would bring in new and continued business. I have never met Chloe but as an example of what type of lady she is, I had a call a week or so ago telling me she had found an APPLE IWATCH which in fact belonged to me and which I had left in the a van we had hired a while back. That is what I call honesty and in this messed up day and age, that is a RARE thing!
