I've never left a review before. However, I have been so happy with Go Rentals!! I hired a minibus for 2 weeks for the kids and family to go on holiday, it was the best experience ever, better than other rental companies that I have used in the past. On collecting my minibus from the branch, I got a free upgrade to a 2019 minibus with a/c and it was very luxury. I must say, the guys in the office were fantastic.

"An absolute pleasure" - I hire vans off Go Rentals approx 3 weekends a month over the summer. The Vans are close to brand new, top of the range interiors, spotless and completely clean. Brilliant Service. Always on time to drop the van off to my address and always warn me a few hours (if not the day before) before collection. Always at least half a tank of fuel. Never had any issues with "false claims" of scratches or anything. Never had any warning lights or any issues with the vans or their engines. Dont quite understand the bad reviews! Staff are also great, they encourage me to take pictures of the van on arrival so there can be no discrepancies when returning. No issues with payments, deposits are made/returned on time. No complaints whatsoever.

They were really friendly and helpful and not at all expensive for what I needed. The van came with a full tank of fuel and was just generally no hassle straight off the bat. I can't fault Go Rentals, I had the van delivered 1 hour before the agreed time which was perfect as we set off early. We had a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend, we will definitely use again.

IF you have an issue with payments/deposits, go and see Jake. He sorted out my problem after I visited their office and has since become my number one man to go to for hiring vans. Not only did he provide me with a FANTASTIC van for the day, but the prices of their rental is much cheaper than other companies! I would really recommend booking with Go Rental and I am extremely happy I have found them. He has gotten a client for life now.

I don't understand why they have bad reviews. I've rented of them many times and I've never had a problem. Even had a minor scratch which they overlooked. If you damage someone's property I believe you should pay for it. Any who, I loved the vw t6, very powerful and can take a load. Vehicles are always clean and brand new, the service altogether is 5 starts.

A bit fo a mix up with the office I initially booked at but when I made a call to the reservation team the girl on the phone was very helpful and kindly ensured the whole process went very smoothly. We never hired a 17 Seater before but the hand over was very swift and professional and left our minds at ease for the long travel ahead.
