Been using this company for the last 5 years and I must say I always get great service. Prices are really good too. I find the staff are always informative, helpful and efficient. I've found it a pleasure dealing with them on multiple occasions. Cars are always clean and haven't even had a problem with them.

Really great experience with Kendall, hired one of their vans for a week to move house, mainly because the prices were so much better than anywhere else. Because of the low price I was worried the service might not be the best, but the opposite was true! Every member of staff who dealt with me at the Wandsworth branch was an absolute delight, the van was high quality and my full deposit was returned within a day - honestly couldn't recommend enough. Will definitely use them again in future!

What a seamless experience. The most competitive prices on the market. Had to do an intial sign up (which I was alerted to before so took it into consideration when time planning) Francis made the setup go so quickly. Such a lovely man with impeccable customer service. Received the car clean and in great condition. Was able to drop it off after hours and got my deposit back 2 days later. Would honestly recommend 👌

Want to write a long overdue review for this place. The people who work here are just fantastic - polite, friendly and helpful and always an absolute pleasure. The vans are clean and well looked after. I’ve rented from them about 6 times and have never had anything to complain about. Would 100% recommend over any other van rental company.

Yeah brilliant. Never had a drama with Kendal in Wandsworth or Camberley. If you need your car early on the day get there about half an hour before it opens as people queue from even earlier ! Only gripe is is that when it's busy the process and collection takes a long time but I hope that will be streamlined in the future. (As a repeat customer it is quicker than first time renters)

Hired a car for a few days from the Wandsworth branch. Reception had clear social distancing rules, staff were behind perspex screens and hand sanitiser was available. Good price, car was nice and clean. Returned my deposit on the day I returned the car (bank took a couple of days to process it). No extra charges as we returned it with no damage and slightly more petrol than when we picked it up. They also explained beforehand what kind of damage they do and do not charge for e.g. normal chips from gravel in the road etc.

Good service and honest price. The cars are always in good condition and very often pretty new. The online booking works well and one will be contacted in the rare eventuality that changes to the booking need to be made; in my case I was asked if I was happy to drive the same model of the car I booked but with automatic gear rather than manual.

Good cars at good prices, you may get slightly “nicer” cars elsewhere, but you get more for your money here. Used them for both vans and cars. Staff are great, friendly and I also like the fact you have a gated paddock to leave your car securely after hours.

Average. I asked for a number plate confirmation to book a ferry. Different number plate and type of van as requested. I was left feeling as if it was my fault. Also they take 500 deposit instead of blocking 500 and take 5 working days to give it back. Lastly my quote was different on phone to when I turned up. Average as stated. But all hire companies are awful. Time for someone to do it properly in my view.
