This place is a small local biz, always accommodating. I like using theses guys as there is no hidden extras and you can last Minute ask for a van, I’ve used them a few times now and could recommend them, I prefer to the larger company’s as they are not so acomadating. To rent a van in the area, its always about people not what they supply. I’ll be back soon, great people good vans 5 star

Fantastic company!! The whole process from start to finish run like clock work. Small family run business with nice new clean vans. I found the staff at Neo very trustworthy and helpful. The staff were very trustworthy and honest and the deposit is simple and straight forward. Our van was new, very clean and we even had it for an extra few hours free of charge. Excellent Service, Van very clean , a long wheel based Transit, Tony ( Manager) had the Van waiting for me ,Picked it up at 0900, ( Phoned Neo the day before, very competitive price, Good value !). Paperwork only took 5 minutes to complete, Office Manager explains everything, ( Even recommend some Charity shops that take furniture, beds etc( Was house clearing)) In all a professional very polite company will definitely use them again

Rented a ford transit for the first time yesterday. It was the new shape and in brilliant condition! In the past I have used Enterprise but have found that once all the hidden extras are added to the hire price it becomes very expensive. Superb Value & Service in Difficult Times! Needed to clear a house for an aged vulnerable relative during lockdown. These guys provide a great vehicle at a reasonable price with friendly and flexible service, and took every possible precaution to ensure mutual health and safety. Including advice on safe fuelling. This was my first time ever to use a van hire service but thanks to Neo it was a pleasant one. I had to move some old furniture that has been piling in the backyard for quite some time now and fortunately I was able to find a van big enough to fit everything in a single run. I would like to thank the staff for being so helpful showed me how everything works and gave me a few van driving tips. The vehicle itself was definitely not a new one and had a few scratches here and there but apart from that it worked pretty fine for my 20 mile trip. The only thing that I disliked was the fact that one of the tail lights wasn't working but I managed to pull it off without any trouble.

Summary: best price, good service, quite an old van but perfectly adequate - just make sure you check all the lights work if you need to drive in the dark. Detail: I hired a Luton van from Neo with tail lift for £54 (including the current 20% off promotion). That price included insurance and was the best price I found, and seemed to be the only hire company near Enfield answering their phones, and with a Luton van actually available (I phoned up on a Tuesday morning on the day I needed it). The guy in the store was very helpful, showed me how it all worked and gave me tips on driving it. The van was pretty old with a few points of minor damage, and worked perfectly fine for me for a 50 mile round trip and loading it up so it was completely full. The only niggle was that when I returned it in the dark, I noticed the rear right light wasn't working (brake lights were fine), and the van left a small pile of very black oil on my drive. I told the guy about both problems so hopefully he will sort them. If you are intending to drive in the dark I would recommend checking all the lights etc when you get given the vehicle. All in all I thought this was a great deal.
