All the staff including Danielle and John are always brilliant no matter what issue/query I have. The cars and service is as described and you are never in a spot of bother as they are always there to assist. I have referred 2 other drivers to their service as I completely trust them 100%. Very good company just pay extra £21 pound its call full waver it will help save you pay axces had accidents they fix the car straight away plus water pump fix straight away they didn’t put on hold where other company will think about the cost this company they look after you i got my car fix straight away. Well just wait for 4 hours! but good things they want to fix it. Unlike other company they will take your money plus any scratches cost this company just pay extra £21 and it will save you lot of money the staff are very helpful everyone enjoying there job. There were only 2 things that detracted from my experience from giving a full 5 stars. That is it took me around 2.5 hours to get out of there and I missed an important meeting and secondly I got a good deal on the car, but I'm someone who takes pride property in my possession. There are scratches and marks all over this car, that made me feel a little embarrassed to drive it. Overall has been a great experience and hopefully I can add the extra star in the near future.

We work tirelessly to make sure our drivers are happy and any problems they have are solved. We do also ask for them to share their feedback and we are so grateful that they do! We would like to clarify that yes we do charge £50 for a vehicle to be reserved (towards the holding deposit that is returned at the end of hire), we do take card details for weekly payments and we do have to enforce a capped mileage (however we have one of the highest in the industry.) It is our mission to provide PHV drivers with a vehicle to suit their requirements and weekly spend and our fleet reflects that. Rented an UBER assist up in Manchester and met the friendly chap Sam, he showed me around my vehicle and demonstrated how to load a wheelchair user in and out of the vehicle. I hired a Nissan leaf for 7 weeks whilst my own vehicle was in repairs and from start to finish it was a smooth process. The team gave me full training with an electric vehicle and they also gave me some discount on the first week rental. I originally wanted a Toyota PRIUS because this is what I am use to however I highly recommend the electric vehicle. Thanks to PCO Rentals they have converted me from hybrid to EV.
