V.I used Phantom Chauffeur Services as a surprise for my partners birthday. They were everything that I was expecting. 100% Luxury! Our driver Isaq was great and catered to our every need. Definitely recommend!
N. M.Me and my husband absolutely loved the service we received from Phantom Chauffeur's. Even though our service and experience was 10 months ago, we still remember it as if it was only yesterday, we were chauffeured in the Phantom. Saj our driver was amazing, very polite in greeting all my family, accomodating, very good at planning ahead and giving updates, he was very patient and thorough with his driving, he was open to being guided on local roads, than relying on his satnav to take us to our photoshoot, he even co-operated well with our photographer and he was professional at all times. He made my first ever experience in a phantom memorable and if I was to book again I would specifically ask for Saj again, as I am a very nervous passenger but I never once felt my nerves whilst Saj was driving. My journey was nearly a 2 hour journey but it felt like we were only in the car for half an hour. If there was a chauffeur company I'd recommend then it would be these guys. Adeel was great from the beginning with the booking and the driver Tariq(top lad) arrived really early and was very accommodating and welcoming. Really nice and amazing customer service! We had Syed as our driver, he was punctual, professional, courteous and the car was in excellent condition. I’m pretty OCD about cleanliness, so take my word on it.
