Once again a Five Star Service! This Branch is Fantastic! I always Rent SUV 4X4 Size vehicles and as per usual I received superb service again this time. Sarah at the Tower Bridge Branch always goes above and beyond with her excellent customer service and professionalism- She gave me a lovely vehicle which I was extremely pleased with. Sarah's outstanding knowledge of her job and friendly manner made my whole experience a happy one. Pedro is an excellent professional member of the team who is always on hand to assist and help in any way that he can. My whole experience of the Thrifty Tower Bridge Branch is always brilliantly outstanding! Sarah and Pedro are excellent assets to Thrifty at Tower Bridge and I cannot wait to rent from them again very soon.

I was nervous having read some of the reviews just before I returned a car there and have to say I was not disappointed. The return was really simple, a quick check over to make sure there was no new damage (which there wasn't), sign here, done. Overall I am impressed. Yes they are very specific about ID documents but just ring before you go and make sure you have what they require and there is no real problem. Staff at reception are not exactly friendly but the car was excellent, very, very clean and less than 3 months old. I would return.

Rented from this place and was greatly impressed by the offered customer service. The staff gave me a free upgrade and helped me comprehensively with the inspection of the car. Have been renting for a while and never received a customer service any close to this level. Highly recommended.

My family and I were very happy with the service provided by Thrifty Car Rental. The guy I talked to on the phone was courteous and explained thoroughly the conditions of renting and the fees. I rented a car for two weeks during which we were in London. On one occasion the car broke and the company sent a pick-up and a new one very quickly. They apologized and even charged me less for the inconvenience. I can’t be more satisfied from the service provided. I will definitely use Thrifty next time I am in town.

Rented a car for weekend. After discussion with the sales rep I upgraded. Oh boy was it the best weekend driving ever. I thought what the heck I shall never be able to afford BMW 7 series, but why should that limit me to actually drive it even if it is once. The spec of the car, wow. The birds eye view when parking is some technological wizardry. The flexibility by the thrifty team was second to none after I decided to drop the car to a different location in the morning of the drop. Good service, good cars and pleasant all around. As the nearest Thrifty to the city I was recommended to Mishal and his staff by a friend. The team were not only professional but couldn't be more helpful. While the location is ideal for picking up a car coming from work, I would advise to avoid the evening traffic and pick up earlier. Mishal and the team are courteous, professional and go out of their way to remember their customers. The car was fresh out of a valet and wash and was a high spec model with low miles. This is now my first choice of car rental in London and I have already made two more bookings.

Good eggs working here. The lads were super helpful upgraded us too a super sweet new diesel BMW station wagon for our trip to Salisbury & Stonehenge. Printed us out some extra information for the trip. We did have problems with the GPS on the way home but due to roadworks not being available on the GPS. So we went over out kilometers Quota, but we weren't charged. Good prices, helpful & good peeps. Highly recommended!!

We were hesitant about using this branch due to the poor reviews, but persevered given the convenient location. The staff seemed friendly and managed to process us despite not having brought the right paperwork along. The facilities were pretty basic - a prefab office and the parking lot shared with a bus company, but given the convenient location (and good rates) I wasn't worried. Drop off was smooth as, we'd taken care of the car and filled it up so it was as simple as handing over the keys.

Mishal and his team ere extremely professional and went over and beyond to meet my need. The new booking request system does the company no favors at all. However when I booked and came in the staff were fantastic. I use Thrifty Tower Bridge frequently and it is good service from the staff and the value that keep me coming back. I do not know how other branches are however Tower Bridge is a great example to follow.

Wow! These guys bent over backwards to get me a car on my last day in London! I made the mistake of not booking properly but the administrator lady and manager pulled some magic to hire me a car that I could even drop at the airport the next day. It turned out better than I had in my own plan. I have never received such fantastic service! Thank you to the whole team!

Have taken out a lot of rentals with Thrifty Tower Bridge and have been very satisfied with the vehicles especially, some of them are definitely beyond average and fun to drive! Compared to other rental groups Thrifty are sensible with their fleet of cars by not only providing cars that are interesting to drive but are also very economical. As an added bonus, the cars are phenomenal at seriously competitive rates when booked in advance online! No matter what the negative reviews say they are very friendly staff, the manager Mishal is great and my last renting agent Yasar is awesome. Some customers who rent vehicles are very ignorant, they do not take the time to read the rental terms which can be found on their website. Just take the time to read them so you know what to expect to avoid being burned. As an alternative or extra length process, call the branch directly and you will know exactly of the costs and fees that entail. One thing that bothers me is the increase of the security deposits from £150 to £300 on the larger or medium luxury cars, but of course this is no fault of the branch itself. but it is something that put me off upgrading. This could cause problems for Thrifty because a lot of renters do not like a large amount of money being ring fenced on their card, and this is something that another rival car rental company had learned from and so lowered their security deposits. When it comes to damage, I urge to you check very carefully, because its VERY EASY for yours and the valeter's eyes to miss even when your both checking the car simultaneously. I borrowed a car for one day, there was scuff damage on the bumper which I was certain I hadn't done upon returning. Paul however (who is so on point by the way), had luckily taken a photo of the damage that was caused by the previous renter. If he hadn't taken that photo then it's me that would've been liable for the cost. Luckily with this rental I had reduced the excess to 0 in case of accidental damage but it's the principle, no one likes being blamed for something they didn't do at all. However though that event could've been avoided IF the damage on the bumper was documented on paper before it was allowed to be rented to myself; so that's a small criticism i have for the branch. Always make sure new damage is marked on the pre-rental damage report sheet by the valeter or branch office before signing and driving away. I wish head office would adjust some aspects of the service by increasing mileage slightly and taking vehicles abroad (EU driving) more practical and realistic. But other than that, they are great and I'm very certain I will use again in the near future.

The people were great and I would give 5 stars for them alone but for one thing - the cars have a plastic sticker with the thrifty name stuck on the back. Completely understand that they want to advertise it's one of their cars but I would have thought they can split between normal cars and high end cars - having a plastic sticker on the back took away from the overall experience which is something you want when spending that much money to rent the car for a weekend. Don't mind stickers in the front and back windows but the rear sticker was cheap. Not the fault of the sales people but it was something that some people commented on to me.

Exceptional customer service. After a slight oversight on my behalf the team were able to still find a car for me and my family. Drove down to Devon with a detour through Stonehenge & left the rental at Torquay after hours drop off. Great service all round

We hired a van for an evening, picked it up at 5.30pm and dropped back at 8.00am the next morning. It was efficient, all the paperwork was carried out quickly both on pick-up and drop-off. The van was in good shape and think we got a bigger one than we'd order. Would use again.

Been a long time Avis user at Guoman hotel Tower Bridge for many years. Then tried Sixt. Which closed recently. Only my second hire with Thrifty here but what a difference. Feels like a family company and not a corporate. Mo and Masum have been simply brilliant. Very helpful and friendly. Wish I'd hired from here years ago.

Yasnr was great checking the car with me and found a cut tire and marked in the green paper before I drove out, check out was quick and easy, remember to get the full insurance it's a must, or you will pay £1250 max for damage.

At first I did not think I would be writing a 5 star review. After dropping off the large rental van following a hectic move from Cambridge to London, additional damage that had not been noted on the initial rental agreement check was pointed out and I was being questioned for. Being extremely cautious to not so much as hit a fly while driving, I refuted any and all dents and scratches that were now newly marked. The manager, Mishal, took it upon himself to chase the true origin of said damages that had not properly recorded elsewhere. I was very pleased with the outcome and true customer focus once I had been cleared of any wrong doing in my short time with the vehicle. Could not thank their team's investigative efforts enough since my expectation after the gloomy van drop-off was to be unfairly pinned with these mystery damages. (And all else was smooth with the rental). Thank you Mishal and team — 5 stars.
