Fantastic experience with Lux Wedding Car Hire! Svitlana was great to deal with. She took my booking by email, everything was super easy and she provided details for our driver in advance of the wedding. Our driver Vasil was absolutely fantastic too! Especially with helping me get in and out of the car with my massive dress and holding all manner of things for me like my flowers and bag 😂 He arrived around 30 minutes before the departure time and despite us being ready to leave around 10 minutes later than planned, we got to our ceremony well on time. His driving was also flawless, which I imagine is no mean feat in a car that's 92 years old!! A true professional always makes something quite difficult seem effortless! He also waited for a good hour and a half (maybe a little longer!) while we took all our photos before whisking us off to our reception. Each step of the way he had a lovely smile on his face, told us not to worry and just take our time. Such a genuinely warm person and so lovely. The car was absolutely stunning too, when we pulled up outside the reception, the car got so many compliments from people nearby. The experience really added to our wedding day and I can't thank you all enough! Wonderful company to deal with!

What can I say about Lux Wedding Cars, just PERFECT!. This was definitely a wow factor for our wedding. I searched on google about hiring a vintage car nearly two years ago for my wedding. We came across Lux Wedding Car Hire and fell in love with one of their vintages car ‘The Beaufort 1930S STYLE OPEN TOP BEAUFORD TOURER. This was for us our perfect choice, and so easy to find on the website. From communicating with Lana from the beginning to the end, telling her my requirements of flowers to ribbons. Nothing was ever too much for Lana. Her customer service was fantastic and impeccable at all times. The car we hired was absolutely stunning, to the ribbons and flowers was beautiful. The car was kept in fantastic condition, cleaned, the interior was beautiful with cushions, fluffy rug, flowers inside the car with 2 glasses of champagne. Our chauffeur Sergey turned up early at the hotel, dressed as a professional chauffeur with the hat, nothing was too much of him. He helped me in and out of the car, helped with my big dress, waited for us outside the park while we had our photos done. Sergey helped me felt at ease, professional, helpful and kind. We can’t thank enough Lux wedding car hire for supplying a beautiful vintage car for my wedding. For my wedding day I felt like a true princess/celebrity. Everyone noticed and commented on this beautiful car! Thank you once again Lux Wedding car and I can’t wait to use you service again next year. ❤️

The vehicle was in amazing condition , very comfortable and stylish. They provided excellent customer service. They were very helpful, friendly and high professional. I had the Ivory Austin Princess Limousine for my wedding which was absolutely beautiful for about six and a half hours. Evgeny, our chauffeur did an incredible job certainly went above and beyond the call of duty with professionalism. He was very friendly and patient in providing impeccable service, arriving 15 minutes before the contracted pick up time and even driving us around to pass the time in between the ceremony and reception. In addition, Evgeny offered to let us use his personal phone to take photos and videos in the car during this time when we forgot our own (in the rush of it all) and punctually sent them to us afterwards! We were a little late to the agreed time to meet him after the reception for the exit footage for the videographer and, still, Evgeny was accommodating and showed no urgency to rush us. He even offered to drive us away which would have ran overtime for our booking (an offer of kindness we just couldn’t accept). I want to thank Lux Wedding Car Hire and Evgeny for helping keep the wedding car one of the few stress free things of my wedding from beginning to the end. Highly recommend!

The best White Taxi for my wedding in September! We all were impressed by the quality of service - we were asked in advance about the colour scheme for the car decoration, what flowers/ribbons we wanted and the position of the decorations on the car. It had a pretty white umbrella - just in case - inside and a bottle of sprakling. Arrived on time, very professional. I had a little family dog with me - even she was comfortable in the car. We are definetely going to use this company again - we have a few celebrations coming, and they have different cars for different occasions. Thank you!

First class operation all the way. Hired a car to take my 16 year old daughter and 4 friends to London. It was a drop off and pick up. I was concerned the girls would not be able find the driver after their concert event. I was given the drivers cell phone number as were the girls. The driver made sure he was parked nearby and the girls easily found him. The driver even called me on way home to let me know all was well. Excellent above and beyond service.
