I rented a car for my family’s 4 weeks holiday in the UK. I decided on Arnold Clark after reading a lot of positive reviews thanks to all. It was such a wonderful experience. I felt relaxed after been welcomed by Homaa who is just the right person you want to deal with after or before a long flight with a family. There was a bigger and better car waiting for us than the one we booked with no extra cost. Pick up and return were very smooth and paper work was clearly explained and nothing was complicated. I would also like to thank the shuttle drivers. They were both nice and helpful. I will certainly use again and recommend to others.

When arriving in Manchester I called the number I was told, within 10 minutes a shuttle was there to pick me up. The service once at the depot was friendly and my advisor Homaa was wonderful and went over any questions I had. Making sure I understood the car and I felt secure leaving. Thank you for making what was a worrying time, very good. The car was immaculately clean and a beautiful car to drive. I would not hesitate in hiring a car from Arnold Clarke in the future.

On arrival at Manchester Airport we had one of the best ever car rental experiences. The transport shuttle was quick. A shout out to Jess in the office who was very helpful and friendly. The car was exactly what we had booked and the return process was just as good. Would highly recommend their car hire service.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. BA changed my connection to Manchester and Avis wouldn’t do a five hour delayed pick up wanted another $1000 for five hour delay. So Tried Arnold Clark they picked me up within five minutes of getting out of the airport and I was in the rental and on my way far quicker than Avis have ever managed to do it.service was great as well on return after five weeks (Avis no longer rent over 28 days). Thank you Homaa for making life so much easier with your five star customer service.Will be back with you guys next year for sure.

Pick up at the airport was good, didn't wait long. The driver was very polite and helpful. When we got to the site, the service was excellent. The young Welsh lady that signed us in, was knowledgeable, polite and very confident in her role, what an excellent service. I needed an emergency car over the bank holiday weekend. Everywhere was shut, out of cars or extortionate. I cannot thank Jess and the team enough for all their help this weekend. We hired a car last week, most things went fine, the staff was really nice. The Arnold Clark fuel price (at our time £1.40/litre!) option is especially good if you hire a car for a longer trip. We had issues with the shuttle bus, since we had troubles finding the bus stop. The most annoying thing was that the bus driver was unable to communicate with us, we had to call the centre support every time we felt lost. The phone number of the clients could be given to the shuttle bus driver to overcome this issue.

Awesome as usual. would be good if they opened a bit earlier as had to wait 45+ mins for pickup from manchester airport. similar for drop off but they made airport in plenty of time. still, staff are great, car was great, pricing is great. cost to insure an additional driver is quite high, but overall still cheaper than using any other rental company.

Very professional and courteous service. The advisors were very friendly and helpful, the drop off service to and from the airport was prompt and again the driver was friendly and professional. The car was really nice and we had no issues picking up or dropping off. We highly recommend them.

Pick up and return were excellent, friendly and quick at their Manchester Airport site. We have used Arnold Clark here several times and also at their garages a few times but they have cut rental from many garages, including their Northwich sites. We always check prices, but AC are usually as good as it gets.

We arrived at Manchester airport after a long flight from Australia, we were picked up at the bus stop outside arrivals within 15 mins by a lovely guy think his name was Trevor, he was very helpful, polite and chatty. The car depot was only a 10 minute short drive away. We were greeted by 2 lovely helpful ladies Jess and Homaa, they made the experience of renting a car pleasant instead of the usual stresses we have encountered in the past at the car rental village at Manchester. The car is perfect for our needs, the price was good too. We would definitely recommend car rental from Arnold clark Manchester.

We are so glad we did. Rob met us at the airport and took us to the rental office....Hamaa met met us the door and dealt with our booking, and her and Jess chatted to us pleasantly whilst doing so. A very big 10 out of 10 to all three....good old fashioned manners and service, which unfortunately stands out so much because it is now so rare. I nipped in as I was let down by another company and honestly was so pleased I did. So so helpful and managed to sort everything out and great price and so quickly. They could not be any happier with the service and the car was super clean and such a fantastic automatic. I highly recommend them. I highly recommend Arnold Clark as a car rental for the following reasons: as soon as we arrived at Manchester Airport we called to let them know we were thru customs, and by the time we walked outside, the shuttle bus was waiting. The driver was pleasant and shuttle clean. After the 10” ride we arrived at Arnold Clark, our car was waiting out front, the driver loaded our baggage into our car, we checked in, and we were ready to go within 10” minutes. Naz was extremely helpful explaining the hybrid car and all functions for our comfort. Professional and friendly!
