Mistly expensive stores. Grab a bite card for vaguely normal prices. Metro costs a fortune, walk into pic gardens 5mins down approach ramp.

Hiring was painless. I got the best price for van rental online. The rental office is easy to locate. The staff were friendly and informative. Will be using Hertz again for car or van hire.

I hired a car from Hertz Piccadilly 2 - 22 April. The car was ready for me when I arrived, it was in immaculate condition and the gentleman gave me a good orientation in its features. On 22 April, when I returned the car, the gentleman who checked it in was friendly and efficient. All up, it was a very satisfactory experience and I would certainly deal with Hertz, again.

Great service, no problems with my rental, got a bigger car than I had booked as they didn't have smaller ones available. Hassle free and I didn't feel scammed. However, on my email it stated Firefly as the company and I had a hard time finding the right place until someone from another rental service informed me that it was indeed Hertz. Should have really included that in my confirmation email.
