I visited to collect a pre booked car
In less than 5 minutes I got my rental car key
They allowed to leave my car ( offcourse at my own risk) staff were nice and very helpful.
Ian ( sees manager) was very good.
Out of all the CAR we hired was 9 seater Ford Max - DIESEL - with cruise control - after 9 seats loads and loads of boot space -
It is Just amazing.
Also, again in < 5 mns I managed to return the car
I love to hire frm Thirfty MK again, looking forward to our next Trip

P. D.Good prices and good selection of rental vehicles. The thing lacking (maybe I missed it) is the website telling you that you'll need to pay £250/£750 deposit when you collect your vehicle (returned to you once you return the vehicle without any damage!).
O. B.Rented a van from these guys, they were fair and £30 below anyone else. The van was absolutely new, had 14 miles on it when I hired it. Great experience, albeit their deposit scheme is ridiculous.

B. L.I hired a car on 23/05/2014 for my wife's 30th birthday.
I read the Google reviews before considering Thrifty and was concerned as they both mentioned that proofs of I.D. were what let them down. With that I rang up Thrifty and spoke to a gentleman (can't remember the name) to discuss proofs of I.D. and we agreed on what I could bring with me.
Once I got there, the same gentleman was there and was extremely helpful along with two ladies who were quite friendly.
Overall the experience was great. With it being my first ever hire I was expecting it to be a lot more daunting but it really wasn't.
I'd suggest that if anyone is uncertain what proofs of I.D. to bring then ring them up first so you won't be disappointed.
S. G.Hi, if you are looking for high priced cars on a cheaper rates this is the best place. Remember to book the car from their online portal and you get cheap deals. Even though service is not that great compared to their competitor's I don't mind saving some money. ;)

Reserved a jag online, showed up with a driving license, copy of returned ticket and payment card
It took no more than 5 minutes and i was given a 10/10 car
Staff was professional and helpful
Received full tank returned full tank, a usual check was made on car while returning and i was free to go
Received my deposit within 2 working days
Will definitely use the service again
