Alex Bates you are a STAR! I can’t explain how happy I am. There was not one single issue from start to finish. I was on the hunt for a very specific make/model/colour vehicle and Alpha Contracts had such a brilliant offer, unfortunately by the time I made a decision the car had sold! I was absolutely heartbroken, so decided to continue shopping and asked Alex to keep me in mind if any of the vehicles become available! I received an email from Alex a few days later telling me the car was back in stock! After speaking to MULTIPLE leasing companies, I was thrilled to be continuing my journey with Alpha Contracts based on the way in which their staff deal with their customers. With no hidden costs or extras, I happily signed my agreement with them. I am so thrilled with the level of service I have received from Alex. She’s been absolutely great.
