The car was lovely and suited us. on drop off the shuttle bus was already there and the car was checked over immediately. I liked the full/full arrangement for petrol. The booking voucher was with Alamo but the rental was actually with Enterprise as they work in partnership at our destination airport. You'll think you have got a good price and the confirmation will say inclusive of taxes but be warned you'll be hit with a 20% VAT in the UK which they do not warn you about. it seems to me they deliberately have made this seem like it is included in the price already. --Update: A couple weeks later Enjoy Car hire managed to contact Europcar and they have corrected the booking. Changed to 4* from 2*

They are honest company. Only thing I could say is, they need to evolve. They need to have a system where we can have a online account. Other that all good.

I have hired cars through Enjoy car hire several times and never been disappointed. The booking experience has been quick and efficient and the agents of the car hire firms honest and helpful. That has not always been my experience with other more well-known car hire firms. The cars I have hired have been great and the value excellent.

Can't fault the experience but bear in mind Enjoy is a broker not the actual hire company. Chose a car for 2 week holiday in Cyprus based on size, transmission requirement and hire company reviews in trip advisor. Oddly enough I was directed to the Sixt desk (not my chosen company) with some trepedation as I had read some bad reviews about them. Just goes to show you shouldn't believe everything you read. No pressure selling on excess insurance. The car was just as requested. The agent spotted two minute dents that I couldn't see at first. On return a cursory inspection only and a friendly goodbye. Can't fault either Enjoy or Sixt. Would use again (if we every get the chance to travel again that is).

Went through from skysanner search for an estate car. Came up with a Renault Megante Estate/Wagon which I booked. Once I completed the booking and paid the deposit, the confirmation email and voucher was for a much smaller and cheaper intermediate category car which I could have got a lot cheaper elsewhere. I emailed Enjoy Car Hire the same day about this and received no response. Contacted them 2 days later via webchat and the reservation was corrected. A bit annoying to have to go through this process, but appearsto be an honest error with the booking process as it was ultimately fixed for us. Need to be careful to check that car category on the voucher is the same category as the one you reserved.

Getting car was a little slow but car was great, customer service was good and no issues. My deposit has been refunded so would book again with ECH. Everything was very clear in ordering. I would recommend this company as a search engine but not for actually booking cars. Due to the lack of specific details given to me by Enjoy Hire about the car company I was booking with through Enjoy Hire, I was almost caught out, e.g. Enjoy told me I just needed a credit card for the insurance deposit, but the car company state they only take certain credit cards. Secondly, the insurance cover I bought with Enjoy was not as good as the one that the car company themselves offer as it did not remove the need for a hold on my credit card. Overall, my experience with Enjoy was ok but in the future I will use them to find the best deal and then go to the car company directly.

I have used this company three times at three different locations (Faro, Thessaloniki and Palma) within the last 2 years. I have never had a problem and everything has always been fine. Yes, because they use [much] cheaper but off airport site companies, you do have to physically find the hire company rep but so far, this has been straightforward for me (I could always pay a lot more and go for an on airport site company). Yes, _every_ company requires a Credit Card deposit but this is actually normal practice with reputable companies and not a problem of Enjoy. My only regret is that they do not service some other countries further afield where I travel otherwise I would have used them more often. As it is, I will most certainly use them again where I can.

Used this company to hire a car from Munich Airport through Buchbinder. Having read lots of poor reviews, I was a bit wary, however I needn't have been. From start to finish, it was so easy. The communication with Enjoy Car Hire was excellent. I wanted to take the car cross border to Austria and they responded within the hour . There was lots of small print to read, but if you read and complied with it, it was very straight forward. The Buchbinder desk staff at Munich Airport were polite and did offer an upgrade if i wanted, but i declined. Wasn't pushy at all. I did photograph the car from all angles before driving away as this was also recommended. The car they supplied was a fiat punto which was fine. The drop off at the airport couldn't have been easier and so well signed. All companies drop off at the same place. Just park up, take more photos of the car, leave yhe keys in the ignition, the staff have a quick look round the car and that's it. The blocking deposit on my credit card was released the next day. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Booked through Enjoy car hire with Enterprise, as always Enterprise were great for the most part but they failed to explain the sat nav. The choice of routes that the sat nav offered was confusing which led to a lot of confusion and wasted time, which nearly led to us missing our flight. Booking was easy and was directed to PAA Rent a Car for a holiday to Portugal. Really impressed with PAA - on the day of my flight decided to call to check booking only to realise I had booked the wrong dates!! They went away and promised a callback and within 20 minutes they came back to me to confirm all sorted and the car would be ready on my arrival. As I had booked an estate this was a miracle in itself, but the best part, no charge for my error. Excellent service and will use both Enjoy Car Hire and PAA Rent a Car again
