Have used Trotts since 1992. Always a good new van ready and waiting for you. Very reasonable pricing and vans with more extras than my car. Lovely to drive. 24 hour hire time very convenient, saves trying to rush back and unload to get the van back in time for 5:30 like many van hire companys.

We used Trott Rentals for the first time this weekend to aid us moving house. The experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish! They were really competitively priced, the van was fairly new and excellent on fuel compared to those we've rented from other companies in the past. It was clean, tidy and a pleasure to drive. The process was really straight-forward and Chris really pulled out all the stops for us, if only other businesses had learned to nail this level of customer service! One thing we loved in particular was that the van came full of fuel which meant we only paid for what we used and there was no second guessing or stops for fuel during what was already a stressful weekend! I would definitely recommend Trott Rentals to anyone in Norwich or the surrounding areas looking to rent a vehicle!

Great service with recent rental of a 7.5 tonne truck. All staff excellent. No fuss booking, were flexible on me picking up an hour early. Existing damage to vehicle clearly explained and expectations of running marks from trees being the norm, so I didn't feel that I'd be fleeced when returning the vehicle. Van drove well, was just the job was clean and no issues. I'll definitely be back, probably in a week..

I have used Trott Rentals a few times now and they have never let me down. They have very good clean vans none of which are very old(the Luton tail lift we had this time was only 6 months old and drive like a car). Chris was a very easy to deal with, no drama just simple straight forward van hire.

I hired a Luton lift van as I was moving. Due to the price being so much lower than other firms like enterprise etc I was expecting a van slightly older than normal but to my delight it was brand new with only 2000 miles on the clock. Really easy to sort out when I went in with the IDs they advised they needed was in and out within 10 minutes. Would definitely use again.

Just rented a transit from them this weekend (Saturday am pickup, monday 8am drop off). I was a bit worried because when I put their name into Google maps for directions the reviews weren't particularly positive. However, the van we were given was very new. It had a big ding along the side from a previous renter but that was noted on the pre-damage report. The office staff were extremely diligent (I was a bit worried with the quantity of information they ask for as it would be ripe for identity theft if it fell into the wrong hands). We dropped the van off on Sunday night and used the key return slot. I had an invoice from them on Monday afternoon showing we had been charged precisely the agreed price. I'm guessing looking at the age of the negative reviews that the place has had a new fleet of vans in the last year or so and a change of management. TLDR: They were the cheapest van rental company I could find in Norwich, they were extremely thorough and diligent with the rental, the vans were new and clean, everything went perfectly.
