K. V.I needed to hire a car with a large storage capacity due to a camping and hiking trip to the Lake District.
Using the online pre book option gave me huge saving and clearly details what forms of ID you need to supply which is standard stuff really. I was called by the staff the day before my hire to explain the car that I booked had been unexpectedly extended so I was offered an upgrade. Despite being short staffed the process of collecting the vehicle was easy and hassle free, the staff were polite and helpful, returning the vehicle was just as straight forward. Thank you for your professional service, I will definitely be back.

L. G.I was so sceptical about hiring a van for our recent house move but this was such an easy experience. The van hire itself was really cheap and when we arrived the process of completing the hire was simple and easy, we paid the extra £20 to reduce the deposit to £250 for peace of mind. We were offered a free upgrade which ended up being extremely usefull. We went over the van thoroughly and noted all the scuffs/scratches with the gentleman who worked there who noted it all down on his tablet. Also, they have a customer car park which was great as I was able to leave my car there all day. We used the van for the whole day and when we returned it, we went over the van again and they were happy there was no extra damage. They weren't trying to find an excuse to take our deposit and the refund for the deposit was in our account the next day. Very easy and friendly service and I will definitely consider using again.
T. D.Great service, these guys went out of their way to get me a premium vehicle at the last minute. I will advise you don't hire a hybrid bmw x5 though, unless you drive like my manna, the mpg on a heavy footed run was 19m to the p mo fo-ing g home slice.
