Used these guys three times and have never been disappointed either with the vehicles themselves or the service they offer. Always trying to be helpful, always with a smile. One van was used for some transport just around the corner, another from Preston to London and back- all without fail. Use them!

You don't need to go anywhere else. Genuinely the most helpful and friendly team, Al is a proper legend. Forget about other rental companies you don't need them, just use easy rent. Cannot fault them.

We rented a van for 2 days to move house. From start to finish we had excellent service. We chose a box van with a tail lift to make loading heavy items simple, and it fit in much more than a transit or similar. The price was excellent and the manager who helped us, he was very well presented and friendly. We would definitely use this company again. Best rental company we have used. I have used Easirent Preston on three separate occasions, and I plan to use them again in the future. I ordered a LWB van via the on-line tool, which gave me an instant quote and allowed me to book my required slot. I then received an email confirming my booking and telling me what identification documents I needed to bring on the day. On the actual day of hire the process couldn't have been simpler, with the help of friendly and courteous staff I was quickly on the road following a checkout of the vehicle. On return, the vehicle was again promptly checked to confirm it was undamaged and was a quick and uneventful process. With competitive prices and great service, Easirent Preston have secured my repeat business.

I have booked another van for a week witch they also gave me a great deal on just to help me out as i only needed a small van but with 3 seats and the small vans they have are only two seaters so they upgraded me for next to nothing! the fella at the desk was a nice guy too. recommended!

They live up to their name! Friendly service from Dianne and Andy. Unasked I was brought some hot water to deice my car when leaving - how thoughtful is that! The SWB van was excellent . It took a 78 x 50" display cabinet, a 2 seater sofa/bed, a bureau and a Hi-Fi corner unit.

Mine was a fairly simple case but well-handled and it all worked out fine - just needed a long-wheel base van for a day to shift some items for an elderly relative. In stages: a) initial telephone enquiry was handled promptly and comprehensive information offered, good telephone manner b) a vehicle of the right type was available when I turned up on the day c) the paperwork side was simple, as you'd hope d) the walk-around to check the state of the vehicle and explain basic functions was thorough e) the vehicle itself was relatively new, clean, no issues f) the walk-around/inspection on returning the vehicle was sensible/not aggressive As above, this was a straightforward case but all went to plan, with good customer-orientation throughout, and am v. likely to go back there again.
