The van was well equipped, big enough for 2 adults and 1 dog! Lots of room. Quirky rustic style. At 7m long it was easy to drive. Built for off grid with solar panels and also had electrical hook up, best of both worlds. Friendly owners, look forward to our next trip.

Ross was exceptionally helpful from the initial enquiry right the way through our trip. The Moho was spotlessly clean and had everything and more we needed for our NC500 tour. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great as we wild camped most of the time. A handover leaflet might be a helpful idea for those that have not used a Moho or caravan previously. But we had a great time thank you Ross

Goboony has been great as an advertising platform however when it comes to clarity on how the service works in regard to payment it is as clear as mud. Customers contact me if I understand how the payments work and I don’t because the information supplied is unclear. The payment for the hirers is also unclear and in my experience terrible. I’m still waiting on a payment on a hire that has left and been returned for 4 days now. That’s not acceptable Goboony!

What a fantastic trip we had with 'LOTTIE'. Two adults and two children fit in the camper with ease. Lottie is emaculate and had everything we needed for a great trip. Simon was brilliant from beginning to end. He showed us how everything worked and was always on the end of a phone to answer any of our questions. We hired Lady E for two weeks to travel the North Coast 500 for my 40th birthday. Eleanor and Andy were fantastic from the start, greeting me with a little treat for my birthday and a welcome package to see us on our way. The Van was a dream to drive and you could tell every little aspect had been well thought out. Nothing was too much trouble while we were away. Any queries or questions were answered straight away and we even had recommendations for stays/ sights on the trip. The rental was simple and pleasant from booking to return and the van was amazing. All good - staff helpful, campervan what we ordered. A bit pricey for what it was, but we had to book late in 2021 summer - everyone seemed to want to be in a van. I had to make one quick call as having trouble putting down the popup. Answered quickly and problem solved over phone - forgot to press a 'unlock' button.

From initial enquiry to the return of the vehicle it was smooth and professional, with every query answered quickly by jeremy.. The vehicle was as described and actually better.it has everything you need for a trip and due to the Mercedes’ build quality it’s miles above most other camper vans.personally I would always book a Mercedes’ Marco Polo now above its competitors. The van was fully equipped so all i needed was a pillow and duvet,all utensils etc were provided. The sleeping arrangements were perfect , a pop up double with comfy mattress and a roll away with mattress topper downstairs. The heating works really well and kept me warm in early april. On return the handover was easy , extra mileage was calculated and deposit refunded quickly. I would recommend jeremy and his van whole heartedly as would I with Goboony

Fantastic Motorhome. Easy to drive. All the mod cons you could ask for. Loved the electric bed - zero hassle at bedtime. We spent a beautiful 5 days on the Isle of Mull, and although the the roads are mostly single track, the motorhome handled it no problem. Richard (the owner) was very accommodating. Would definitely use again.

The whole idea of this website is absolutely great! We've been looking around for a motorhome hire but the prices were always sky high..Here at Goboony you can get it at the reasonable price. Good think is, after you've been accepted and paid, you speak directly to the owners of the motorhomes which makes very easy and comfortable aftersale. We rented this for a weekend Friday-Sunday to take down on a trip to Shell Island in Wales. We had a brilliant time, the van was spotless and brilliant to drive. It came with all the necessary additional such as the Driveaway awning which we found very useful! The kids absolutely loved it and slept really well too! Goboony was a real find. A good selection of camper vans available close to home. Our vehicle from Ian in Marlow was a good size and in excellent condition . We travelled through the West Country for the week end with no issues. Ian was flexible in terms of timings, and also on hand over the week end to answer queries on the phone.

I have no complaints about Goboony, nor the team, especially Jean who has been particularly helpful & responds really quickly. Payments are made as promised. :) If there is any damage & claims need to be sorted, Goboony are helpful by their silence, which is good. I love the notification of request emails , the contact emails during payment & reminder emails. Thank you. However, I would like the website improved so that: 1. The pick up & return times should be 24 hours. I want to offer early pick up & late return but was not allowed on the site. 2. I would like to be able to email my client once bookings are confirmed, but I believe they have to email me 1st? I can't find their information on my bookings. 3. I would like to sort my photos in order, but they go up on the site as they are added. 4. On the search engine, if you put in my local area, Newcastle upon, other areas come up before me- London, Cheshire, Ayrshire........ I had a 5 but can't remember it now!!! Good job Goboony. This was our first experience renting our motor home so we were obviously a little nervous. We chose to use Goboony because of the good reviews we read. Everything from booking, messages to and from the customer, handling over and return of Hetty went very smoothly. We could not of asked for more perfect first customers. Goboony paid us in full and returned the customers deposit without any delays.

My whole experience with Goboony was very positive. The initial contact with the motorhome owner was very slick. When we decided to go ahead with a rental, Goboony laid out the pricing very clearly, including the option for "carefree traveller" extra insurance. The staged payment was very helpful, and the carefree traveller insurance reduced the excesses and security deposits to a non-scarey level! As we moved close to the start date for our trip, just when I was wondering how I would get details of our insurance cover, email arrived with all the details! There was even an email from Goboony giving useful tips for making our motorhome trip a success. And then, when we got back home, just when I was wondering about how Goboony would refund my security deposit, it appeared in my account as if by magic! So, all in all, my Goboony experience was positive all round - thank you for your prompt service. Best regards.

Had a fantastic trip around Scotland courtesy of a camper found using this service. Brilliant website, easy communications and very little process, so would highly recommend. However do watch out for your payment method - my MasterCard incurred fees when I paid due to some legal jargon due to the way the Goboony payment provider is setup - so I'd recommend using a debit!

Great experience with our hire. Goboony has a great platform and easy to understand pricing with few unexpected extras. Would be nice if instant booking was an option... vendors often have the same vehicle on multiple sites and don’t update when they arrange a hire on a different site, so you’re forced to request multiple hires at the same time to avoid disappointment.

Easy process. Only one issue. I used a UK credit card to pay the deposit and was charged a "cash handling fee" and interest by my credit card company. Perhaps this is because Goboony is based overseas??? I queried this with Goboony who just told me to contact my credit card company. In the end my credit card company refunded the charges. I used a Debit Card for the payment of the balance due. It would be good if other insurers were recommended by Goboony. DayInsure don't allow additional drivers on their policy. You need a separate policy for each driver.

The whole process was easy and efficient, Keith the owner of Bernie, was easy to talk to and to hire from. Bernie was just what we had hoped for, compact - so not for those who demand space and not plush with shower or toilet but you have a sink and porta loo, so get on with it. Great Camper, Great owner great experience, thank you very much. (can't wait for the pop roof, fingers crossed). The drive up awning made all the difference when we did stay on sites but Bernie was easy to park and find a space when we free styled for the night.

We had an excellent week in the campervan. Pickup and drop off times were flexible. We were surprised by the amount of amenities and space we had. There were only two of us so some nights we stayed in the top pop up bed and sometimes in the pull out bottom bed. There was a toilet included, however we didn’t use it as we were on campsites. This is my first time using GoBoony and most of my bookings have come through them. They are very professional, have a very informative website. Are really good at paying you as soon as the hire begins (another online booking company only pay you 50% a week after the hire and the final payment a week after the hirer is over) If there was a problem they take the deposit from the Hirer before the Hire so if you need any of the deposit you can get it straight away. they also give tghe deposit back to cHirers very quickly if ther are no problems. Thankfully all my Hirers from Goboony so far have been supberb. Would thoroughly recommend GoBoony to advertise your Moho or Campervan. Sam Osman - Isle of Wight

Happy with the prompt return of our renter's security deposit. However, it's still an ongoing issue as to how long it takes to receive the rental fee from Goboony once our vehicle has be driven away. e.g. Latest rental:- Collected on the 16th of September (Thursday) Returned on the 20th of September (Monday) Rental fee received on 21st September (Tuesday, the day after the vehicle was returned) If you check the calendar, this gives a full 2 banking days for the payment to have been processed. So why did the money not hit our account until 6 days later? I find this an unacceptable timeframe regarding the digital age that we live within? Can someone please review how your payments are processed, as they should be put through on the date the booking starts...not several days later! I would appreciate some feedback on the above, Many thanks, A moderately happy owner

Just back after 10 days driving around the Scottish highlands and doing nearly 1000 miles in the motorhome and 600 miles driving up to Scotlandand back, we rented a motorhome through goboony when we picked up our motorhome from the owner we were greeted with a warm friendly Scottish welcome 😀👍 The help and support from Kirstie was second to none she showed us all we needed to know about the motorhome and even borrowed us her own fire stick to use 👍 If we had a problem whilst in the motorhome she was on the end of the phone for help anytime. The motorhome itself was superb plenty of room and cupboard space very smart,clean and well equipped there was nothing we needed to start our journey and I mean nothing- tea,coffee,sugar,milk,towels,bedding,cleaning products,pots,pans,cutlery, and even some starter toiletries, etc etc fantastic 😀👍 Can highly recommend using goboony everything sorted easy enough with no hassle. Kirstie our motorhome owner was wonderful, friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble 😀👍👍 thank you very much 😊😊

lovely Motorhome to drive for the age of it we went down to Cornwall and we all know what the hills are like and she done well on them 400 miles on a tank of Diesel I don’t 55 / 65 miles an hour for a 8 m van I found ok but it was tight in some areas in Cornwall We would hire it again 👍

Steve was a nice guy, went through all the functions of the van with us, was flexible in terms of drop off, there were a few engine warning lights on the dash, think the van required a service, not great if it had’ve broke down, lucky for us it didn’t, other than that no issues.
