Excellent customer service We experienced a breakdown of one of our own vehicles while in London, which had to be recovered to a local dealer for repair. This left our crews and a full trailer stuck in London, which had to be back in Northern Ireland that night. We were recommended J&B by a trade partner and following a short call (with Andrew), J&B provided us with a hire unit at short notice, while also meeting the specification we required (dual sleeper cab) enabling our crew and our customers goods being back on the road and causing no disruption to our schedules. The hire unit provided was clean, tidy and well maintained. Pricing was very competitive for daily rates and there was no surprises, with the hire being fully flexible enabling us to plan the return of the vehicle when our vehicle was back on the road. Overall, excellent experience from start to finish with J&B, will definitely use again for vehicle hire and would highly recommend. Steven Gibbons McGimpsey Removals
