I have been contract hire cars for over 18 years, I have came across Keith and the team (and they are a great team!) @ Central a few years ago and I wouldn't look elsewhere, I highly recommend them as they are on point, not only with the deals on the vehicles but their systems and customer service is excellent. Once you agree the deal the admin team take over and are with you every step from the production of the car to the delivery date. If you are looking for a company to give you service and keep you in the loop with your order without you chasing then look no further.

Early dealings with Central were very positive. Josh in sales was very helpful and we agreed a deal quickly and Josh in Admin kept in touch to keep me updated. Then came the bad news. My factory order delivery date got put back TWO MONTHS. Obviously not happy but appreciated it was the manufacturers issue and not Central's. After a bit of a moan, Josh looked for some alternative cars in case I changed my mind and then, out of blue contacted me to say he'd sourced a stock car and that delivery would be earlier than ever planned. Got an A6 and an Alfa 4c both via Scott. Absolutely great prices and zero hassle. Would definitely use again. Anyone who moans about their service needs to realise they are just a broker like all the other companies offering similar deals. They simply connect you to the dealer who is responsible for ordering and supplying the car. After the initial contact with Central and the little bit of paperwork then you end up dealing with the actual car garage so theres no real point in blaming Central for issues after the initial agreement has concluded and you’re then dealing with the supplier direct. I have always found the deals posted by Scott to be great and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Have dealt with Scott for over 4 years and not had a bad experience. Sure it's a high volume service, so if you want to be courted and seduced go somewhere that allows for that in their lease prices. But if you want a great deal, prompt service and no messing around then CVL is great.

I ordered a vw golf GTD in March 2015, the quoted build time was 16 to 20 weeks so I expected the car to be around August .i actual took delivery in June which was a bonus. Everything ran very smoothly from the initial order right through to getting the car. Price was way cheaper than anyone else at the time, what I'll pay over the 2 years wouldn't cover the depression ,so this was a no brainer to lease rather than buy. Very happy and would use them again.

Recently ordered my third vehicle audi a8 beat dealer price by over £300 plus vat per month and thats £2700 plus vat on deposit saving of thats over £11000 over the term of the lease including vat. The service on every contract over the last 5 years has been excellent and any unexpected delays on delivery updated immediately so to avoid any inconvenience and been more than accommodating from initial order delivery and aftersales checks on any issues. I ordered a VW Golf for my wife in November 2014 at a fantastic price. CUK answered all my questions without delay. There was a slight error in the spec of the car on the factory confirmation. CUK corrected this immediately without any fuss. The car was delivered ahead of schedule. I have recommended CUK to my family and friends. This resulted in them leasing 3 VW Tiguans through CUK. All cars were delivered on time and with the correct specification. I have now ordered a second vehicle through CUK and hope for a similar experience. I dealt with Scott this time.
