We've heard mixed reviews about enterprise but we're very happy with the service here. The team were all knowledgeable and happy to help. Both pick up and drop off were swift and easy. The van was clean and well maintained.

Managed to hire a car really easily (and at best rates around) then when I had to do a cancellation after only 16 miles and a few hours after my own car got repaired quicker than I thought, they were really gracious with allowing me to cancel booking, return car and only pay a small fee. That's great customer service in special circumstances! Thanks

Very good service from this branch but I wish car hire companies (in general), would leave the vehicle handook in the car so the driver can benefit from the many features of the vehicle, including lights and wipers......

Well we got a car. It had a puncture so the swapped it for one that someone had been using as an ashtray. Had to clean and use 2 bottles of febreze. The whole getting the car took ages. Booked it weeks before.
