New management, best service Very fast and 100% clean car. Very good price and good to be in the town centre. I don't need to pay carpark fee. I left my car there and picked it up late afternoon to do my shopping as well. The best.

I usually clean my car myself as its old and red, and no valet service ever seem to get it right, however, the guys at BCV did a fantastic job, my 323f is now glistening and I am happy as larry! The staff are friendly, polite, and extremely helpful, and for the service, they provide their prices are more than fair. would 100% recommend and will be using them again!

IDEAL when shopping in town. Perfect job! I give 10/10 for this awesome car wash place!! It was my Birthday and I could not find anywhere to park in Bournemouth and I was later for laser tag! :) The lovely couple offered to wash my car and keep it for the duration I was in the party for. I also had so much stuff in my car they helped me clear it out and put loads of stuff in their own tip. They went above and beyond what I would expect for a car valeting place. My car looked AMAZING and is now a pleasure to be in. They were super friendly and I will be back again 100%. I now have my BCV card and get great rates. Can't recommend them more!

Decent, drying could be better though a lot of water marks left on my window which when they dry are not very attractive. Done a good job though. Also I like the loyalty card
