I took my car for a full valet inside and out, it was desperately needed 🤦🏻‍♂️ the staff were great, and very welcoming. I came back an hour later to a brand new looking car .. brilliant results.. everything was clean and tidy and smelling fresh, I will definitely be returning to Brighton marina car wash and would highly recommend there 4star wash to anyone ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited the car wash at the Marina today with my motorhome. The team were very friendly and the manager couldn’t do enough to help! The whole team busy themselves on making your vehicle look perfect and to add icing to the cake allowed us to fill our water up too!! Thanks to the whole team for being so friendly and accommodating!! Highly recommended!!

I have used this car wash on and off for many years and feel that since this late chap is running it the place has improved o lot. I found him a Very helpful person and good value too, he Said he wouldn’t charged me if he couldn’t do the job! My car had a pot of sticky pink paint thrown on the bonnet and he did all he could to take it off. The car went in twice, and was washed with a substance to take away glue/paint. Although he managed to take the paint off the body work really effectively, the plastic around the windscreen, wipers, mirrors and bumper was harder and still has some smears and small blobs. I recommend this service as the honesty and willing to help was admirable.

So I thought I'd do my own personal shopper type thing and try this company again yesterday. (June2018) I had been here once before and didnt like it much so thought I would test again as it is now under new management. I arrived around 16.45 and took a moment to stare at the new prices board very easy to understand much better than the older long list. I drove up into the space they wanted me to after some non verbal prompting. I got out of the car and after a few seconds and looking around for eye contact later was greeted by whom I suppose was the manager. I began by asking him what the difference between the top two services were and he simply listed the 5 star service to me. His tone was a little uninterested and fed up, it felt as if I were imposing on them at this point as they mentioned they were closing at 6 though the website says 7pm (weather dependant, its a heatwave this week). So I ended up asking for service including a wax and 1hour10 mins later it was done and waiting. I looked from a distance nice and clean and shiny so I went to pay. Walking up to the assumed manager with the same feeling of unwelcomeness as before and stood for a few more awkward seconds while he finished wiping down a window until I was aknowledged and spoken to. I think it would help to have a small section of the area to actually be able to go and stand by perhaps with someone there to greet and ask questions instead of just wandering around trying to catch eye contact. Paid easily. Cash. Little bit of small talk and off I go to see the results properly. And heres my rating Windows/glass = 9/10 - nice and clean and see through (no smudges) only minor specs of dust. Interior = 8/10 - clean cup holders, floor armrest and smells nice. Seats still a little dirty on the edges. Dashboard a little dusty. Exterior Clean/wax = 6/10 - my main problem was here as the car had obviously been cleaned all over just it hadnt been done well in some places my main issue being the bonnet. There are some fairly large if-you-look-closer marks where there had been bird droppings before is now just the outline of bird droppings. Perhaps an extra couple seconds of wiping ? I'm not sure. The extra problem is that they have been waxed over the top of so doesnt look too great on the bonnet to be honest. Another problem is there are marks from where the wax hasnt been smoothed completely that they end up looking like scratches on the car. Overall, It was overpriced for what I think ended up being a rush job on my car, if there wasnt enough time for a wax service please dont sell me a wax service. 3/5

FANTASTIC CAR WASH . Brilliant value for money and they deserve five stars. Until you get the parking tickets. Two in a month and Parking Eye won’t back down. So that’s 80.00 gone. Sadly I can’t risk using them again. However if you use them when they are not busy and they can do you under 2 hrs then you will be fine. Sadly I seem to have picked the busy times on both occasion's. That’s because they are good I suppose.
