A. H.I usually do wash and detail my car myself but on occasion when I do not have time, I bring it here as their prices are reasonable. However, on this occasion they have managed to dent my hood and take off the paint on my scuttle panel.
As I’ve said before I usually detail my car myself so any new dents and imperfections, I am aware of.
Quite disappointing because they usually do a decent job and I tip them every single time
B. 1.First time using this car wash, I was really impressed with the how strong the jets were and the amount of soap. The staff were very nice professional and friendly.
I will definitely be going back.
M. J. (.I booked my Jeep in for a full valet inside and out. I had just bought it and it was filthy with dirt and mess embedded in the plastic and seats.
They had the Jeep for about 4-5 hours and when I returned I could not believe the amazing job they had done.
It was not the cheapest valet but the car looked like new on the inside and well polished on the out. Where they had cleaned the windows there was no smears. They had taken a lot of pride and effort to make it this good.
I know they delivered a top / professional job. Really appreciated. Thanks Robbie.

L. K.This is a popular car wash but the team work really fast and do a thorough job too. They work quickly but put care into it, plus the prices are reasonable too. If you don’t want to queue then recommend morning visit as it does get busy!

But I wanted to give the last chance to have them washed in this place where it has been, one of the best places that really put their efford to clean it well. And the results were impressive! my seats were like a brand new car left BMW home, the doors and panel completely polished and shiny. Excellent service, totally recommended!

Vehicle cleaning fee is based on small, medium or large vehicle. They accept cash and card payments. Staff adhered to social distancing.

Some time ago I had some marks on my chromework, which I blamed on Ruby's Car Wash. I have since discovered that this was an issue nothing to do with the wash.
At the time I called the owner annoyed and unreasonable. Here's hoping he will accept my apology and this review for what is an excellent, well run professional service, that all who work there should be proud.
I highly recommend having your car washed at Ruby's Car Wash.
M.It's okay place. They uses same detergent to clean window and dry car. There were some small dirty spots left.
A. H.Been here twice now. First time not happy. The windows weren’t properly cleaned. The back seats and floor of my car weren’t cleaned, I’m guessing because I don’t have a 4 door car so it’s more awkward to reach.
Second time, perfect. Outside wash 10/10. Interior 10/10. I waited and watched them properly hoover the entire car, clean the dask etc. At a very competitive price.
Overall I think it is a good place, just make sure you watch as they clean as they do a better job.

V. I.The results can be very unpredictable - if the owner is in place and checked your car than all will be tip-top. If not - the car ends dirty. Check the attached photo - that's the sunglass after #3 wash for £18. Disappointed.

Since they opened I wash my car at least once a week and never had an issue with the workers or quality of the service.
I will strongly recommend you to pop in to see the set up of the professional vacuum hoover which I never seen before in a car wash, car park spaces for the customers, proper lighting for the cold season..perfect set-up and that prouve an profesional bussiness approach to inspire confidence to the customers.
They definitely got me as a regular customer.

Very happy and will go back as I always used them when they were at kidbrooke.
