Very impressed indeed. They cleaned my car inside and out extremely thoroughly (it was pretty grimey and hadn’t been cleaned in about 6 months). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have used Ben's car wash for some years and always found them to be good. However, having taken my small car in today I was shocked to learn that prices have been inflated by 20%. My in/out clean cost me £24.00!! This is from the previous £20.00 less than a month ago. This is also on top of the 25% hike they was put into place less than two years ago. So from £15 to £24 in such a short space of time - nice profit if you can get it. Time to look for another supplier. Such a shame - watch your charges when you pull in.

An OK wash but very expensive and nothing like it used to be as attention to detail is poor, will go back to using the crew at Findon Garden centre as they do a far better job.

Very quick & efficient car wash - done by hand. No problem with leaving the car to take a short walk whilst it was given the final going over. Slightly more expensive than some others, but worth it as there is usually minimal waiting time.

Generally very good. Shame that although my XC60 is not a 4x4 and is officially an estate I am always charged 4x4 prices. Don't always do a good job of the glass inside. On the whole they do a reasonable job.

Something has happened at Ben's. They no longer wash your car with a sponge, they spray it with a foam and then go at it with a pressure washer. I've seen them sometimes go over the alloys with a sponge, but this tends to happen only now and then. The leathering of your car nowadays leaves a residue on the paint and windows as the leather used is often not entirely clean. I basically have to clean the windows at home to get rid of that film caused by the leather smearing that residue all over. Edit 19/10/2022: There has been a change at Ben's. The quality of the car wash has improved significantly. The car is no longer washed with foam only, but being properly washed with a sponge. Better attention to detail but still not great. They have upped the price as well. I am improving the rating to a 3.
