Six weeks ago we contacted Ostlers Joinery after reading outstanding reviews about their services. Lee was very helpful from start to finish & advised us about our bannister renovation project & provided us with a reasonable competitive quote. Lee was able to advise us on different types of wood grain & even provided us with some samples of the white oak we decided on using. Lee lives some 13 miles away from our property yet he took the time to make several visits to ensure that we were comfortable with our choices of wood & the overall design. At all times Lee was always punctual , polite & professional. Our project was completed on time to a high standard. We are so pleased with the end result. We will be using Lee for all our joinery work in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the work done and fantastic service by OJS Joinery at a property we are planning to move into. We had a sagging floor strengthened. We then had 6 new interior cottage style doors fitted and all skirting boards and architraves renewed. I can highly recommend OJS and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any joinery work. I found Lee and Dillon both hardworking trustworthy, friendly ,polite and pleasant. All work was completed to a high standard at a competitive price. Top quality workmanship from Lee and his team. 12 oak doors fitted and oiled at a great price. Each one to a top standard. It's obvious Lee takes a lot of pride in his work. He found some issues in some of the doors (manufacturing defects which you couldn't see until the packaging was removed and in certain light) but being a perfectionist he took them back, refitted and oiled them again. Even though this took a lot of extra time and materials, the price remained the same. Used floor protectors throughout the house and tidied everything up as he went. Would certainly have OJS back for future work

It's not everyday you come across a person who treats the work he does in your home, like it is their own. Lee has from day one, done everything in his power, to carry everything out with the care and quality like a person working on their home. Lee installed our very tricky kitchen to an extremely high standard and overcame a barrage of problems caused by poor design by Wren. Lee is an extremely honest, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking man, with a wonderful and easy going personality and whom is very much missed since the completion of our Kitchen. Lee is very easy to communicate with, he will always respond very quickly to any communication we sent and if not available immediately he always got back to use the same day (can't say the same about others we considered working with). Lee came to look at our sagging kitchen floor and found it had woodworm and rotten boards, he replaced the whole floor and strengthened the joists and also arranged for someone to come and treat the affected areas. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so considerate while he was working in the house, his work is of a very high standard and at a very reasonable price and I'll definitely be recommending him to family and friends and won't hesitate to get in touch again for any future work.

Lee has done an amazing job hanging my oak veneer doors. I was more impressed that he took the time to research the correct type of oil to coat them with to protect the warrenty. Throughout the process he kept me informed advising the best lock to use on my French doors. It is obvious he takes great pride in his work and his attention to detail is amazing.
