I contacted Radial about a door I needed the bottom trimming to be made shorter as we had a new carpet fitted and the door no longer moved without difficulty and despite them being fully booked and mine being a quick job they managed to fit me in and have someone come out within a couple of days. They were prompt in completing the job and polite, also wore a mask (which I always appreciate from Contractors as it shows the extra effort to make customers comfortable) and the price was very fair. Would highly recommend, job was done to a very high quality and very promptly albeit a small one but will definitely be using Radial again should I need any further joinery work doing!

Excellent professional service. Arrived on time and got on with the job. Ian and Rachel are professional and experienced. They tidied up after finishing the job, which was to fit three heavy ceiling beams, one of which is shown in the attached photo.

I’ve had Ian from Radial Joinery at my house to do some work several times in the last few years. He’s always been on time, well kitted out for whatever job is needed and very able to turn his hand to anything. Replacing internal doors and skirting boards, built wardrobes, replaced decking, mended kitchen cupboards, put up shelves and also carved an awkward outside towel rack for my hot tub. As long as you provide him with decent coffee, he’s excellent to employ.

The job we needed doing was to replace the rotted ‘decking’ plank tops to the raised beds in our garden. We also needed a ‘railway sleeper’ step replacing alongside. The beds are three to four meters square and there are four so not a small task.
Radial Joinery gave us a competitive quote and got on with the job.
Although the job sounds simple it was actually quite complicated requiring mitre joints at the corners. They also need to be fixed soundly, as the tops of the raised beds are designed to be sat on and, sometimes, stood on.
We also had small additional work for radial to do whilst they we there.
It turned out to be a ‘full on’ days work for Ian and his assistant – the finished job was excellent in all aspects.
The old, rotten decking planks were taken away by Radial and they vacuumed the sawdust away in all areas of their work.
Altogether, a great job - well done

I recommend Radial Joinery very, very highly.
I had a variety of jobs which in an old house were logistically tricky to say the least. The jobs were to supply and fit: five internal doors; Victorian style panelling in one room; and three sets of shelves and a cupboard. Plus, tidying some skirting, old door frames and fire surrounds.
Ian and Rachel gave a quote promptly and it was fairly priced. The design and communication around the job were top class and they clearly were invested in doing the work to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure having them in to do the works. Each day they cleaned thoroughly. They arrived at the specified time and left after putting in a full day and more each time. Superb stuff.

Radial Joinery (both Joiner and Management Staff) provided a truly outstanding service. We had a large walk-in-wardrobe designed, made and installed with a superb finish. All work was carried in a timely manner and presented excellent value for money. I was highly recommend Radial Joinery and I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

The team at Radial recently completed some skilled remedial work on our conservatory. Many of the window units were rotting around the sills so the frames needed splicing with new timber. We live in an old stone house without any straight lines so the work was particularly challenging, yet we were very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.

Fast, professional service. We used Radial to replace two very old windows. The joiner who worked with us (Ian) was very friendly and polite, tidy in our home, and did the job to a high standard, even though we have an old house that presented a few challenges on the way. Happy to recommend Radial.

Two bespoke wardrobes manufactured and fitted in a chosen colour, excellent service from start to finish with experienced advise given during commission. Would defiantly recommend over other suppliers such as sharps.
