I. B.Paid a visit to see about warranty on a backpack,they repaired item straight away to a good standard while i chilled and watched mtb vids in reception,great company and the service i received left me happy!
i.Had a problem with my Drag 2 Zero Triathlon suit (which is amazing otherwise). The company I bought it from were pretty useless but when I contacted Endura directly they were brilliant. I posted it to them and they agreed to replace it immediately as “it didn’t meet their exacting standards”. Very much appreciated. Thanks Endura!

You might be able to arrange a group visit through their website, but if you just turn up you'll get turned away by reception staff.
