F. m.Alex and his team were wonderful to work with. They really put the customer experience first, and Alex responded to all of my questions quickly and generously. No request was too much trouble, even adding to the job midway through. The quality of the finish is very professional and has been a complete transformation . This is my first time doing a redecoration and I am so glad to have found Bespoke Design. I could not recommend enough.

Alex was more than accommodating in time frame and made sure the work was complete ahead of schedule. The team were very polite and taking pride in their work and took extra care when covering furniture and fixed items. The painting was done to a very high standard, matching the colour and repairing the walls where needed and would highly recommend Bespoke to others and would use again!

They were the higher end of what I was looking to spend but still well priced and extremely good value for money. High quality, transparent and trustworthy is how I would describe their service. Alex is very personable and his entire team are easy to work with and communicate well. They have a good network of contractors to help complete a breadth of jobs. Their diligence & quality is such that they treat you as a valued member of the family. They were flexible in working around other contractors in the building at the same time. I will be utilising their services for carpentry for my garden as well. A pleasure to work with and great results. Highly recommended.

Their head honcho Alex made some brilliant suggestions and came up with some cracking workarounds to various problems we presented him with! Then a really hard-working, friendly team came in to do the renovation, with Alex dropping by regularly to check on the work. We LOVE our new custom units and the repairs to the wall and follow-up paintwork were all superb. We're a very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend the company. Speak to Alex if you can, he's the BOSS... in more ways than one!
A. Y.Bespoke Design painted our entire house, the stairs and sprayed our doors. The whole service from beginning to end was professional with very good finish! And at reasonable price. The decorators were so good, helpful , polite and even cleaned up/vacuumed end of every day. They were considerate and careful when moving our belongings around. Very hard working team. I would definitely recommend!

Its like a modern marvel with sliding built-in furniture, cool under-bed lighting and for the price of normal building work, but looking like a posh penthouse. 10/10 thank you a million Alex and team.

S. W.Alex and his team painted several rooms (walls, ceilings, windows and joinery) in our apartment and their work is beautiful and of the highest quality. They took such care and no task was ever too much effort - they helped us repair all sorts of things around the apartment (unrelated to painting) and are just such lovely guys. We were away on holiday for the duration of the painting and Alex co-ordinated his team to work around other trades (wardrobe installation, carpeting, electrical work, cornicing, etc) so that when we returned, everything was done and looked beautiful. They went out of their way to do an excellent job and we are so grateful.

Choosing Bespoke Design allows you to flex around how much input you want to provide, whilst also allowing you to trust them with creating momentum to see it completed on time and will always offer (sometimes very creative!) solutions to hit the customer's requirements (certainly in my case). The en-suite bathroom looks absolutely amazing and the expert installation was seem less with his team moving the necessary materials in and fitting them in perfectly as promised.

n. c.We are very pleased and impressed with the work that Bespoke Design have done at our proprierties. - they have designed and fitted alcove shelving and storage units in our kitchen and many other works. They ever have had good suggestion and solution. The quality of the craftsmanship, the materials used, the attention to detail and ability to overcome any issues has been excellent and took away any stress that we may have had.

They are very easy to work with and despite us managing the project in the Covid perios remotely they were very responsive and easy to keep in contact with from first contact through to project handover.
