Our new front door is fantastic and we are as proud of it as is Tim. We commissioned Tim to make a new curved front door to replace the existing one for us in late summer 2021. It was finally fitted in mid Jan 2022, which was later than initially advised but the wait was worth it. On the day of fitting Tim and his 2 colleagues worked diligently and when finished we were very pleased with how the door looked. Unfortunately we did have an issue with the refitting of the espagnolette lock. All I can say is that Tim was very concerned to make sure that we were happy and relentlessly kept in touch with us whilst trying to resolve the issue over the following 2 weeks - which he did! We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of our unusual door and the client service that followed when we had a problem. I do not hesitate to recommend MK Joinery and. Tim and his team.

I have just had a bay window fitted by MK Complete Joinery and am absolutely delighted with the end result. They completed the work expertly and with a strong attention to detail throughout. I am generally a perfectionist, and even my high expectations were surpassed! They take a genuine pride in the quality of their work, which is hard to come by these days. Plus they cleaned up beautifully after they had finished for the day. Tim who runs the company is very friendly and approachable - nothing is too much trouble for him. A neighbour from across the road came over to ask for their contact details as she was impressed seeing how they were fitting my window! And it was all done to a highly competitive cost compared to other suppliers. I highly recommend them for all window (and related carpentry) requirements!

I'm absolutely delighted with the new bifold doors which look great and really connect the room with the patio outside. From order to completion was less than 3 weeks and the installation team did an excellent job and took great care to move/cover everything in the vicinity so there was no mess. Wish there were four and a half stars. Loved working with MK Complete Joinery. Nice people. Helpful. They do beautiful woodwork and glasswork and understand the need for "like for like" repairs/replacements in period homes. Just didn't think through dust sheets indoors, so we've a bit of a clean up to do on the nearby bookcases. Delighted to have weighted sashes that now slide up and down with ease, without dirt and draughts and no rot! Thoroughly recommend.

With being at home 24/7 I was struggling a lot with noise from my neighbours so I asked MK Complete Joinery Ltd to replace my bedroom door. It was ready ridiculously quickly after I paid the deposit. The installation was done by two very pleasant, professional men who were real perfectionists making sure that everything fit correctly. They were so concerned about making a mess & left my place spotless. The door is a good heavy door that keeps the heat in & helps massively with noise. Highly recommended.

MK Joinery made and fitted a beautiful hardwood door for the first floor balcony in our Victorian terrace. They even swapped over the bevelled glass window panes from the previous (rotting) door. The whole job was completed with efficiency and cheerfulness, and we are most happy with the result. I'm not posting a picture, as I agreed to finish the top coat myself, and the glass is still masked off, as I wait for some fine weather!

My Joinery copied a very unusual Victorian door with sidelights and refitted original stained glass. They also made a Venetian style sash window and double entrance doors. Tim did a fantastic job for me at a large residential project I had in Pimlico, London which involved a mid terrace building with multiple units. He was helpful, honest and professional and made the windows and doors to my requirement and fitted the Chrome accessories I had asked. Even when I was being picky with my attention to detail he rectified the small issues with no fuss. The job involved replacement of over 15 Sash Timber Windows of different sizes made at his factory in Kew and painted on site. Also he fitted new internal timber doors and the Main Timber Door to the building with glass and side panels to my specification. His turnaround time and price was reasonable considering I obtained 8 other quotes. Overall pleased with the quality of work and experience and recommend him for any of your window or door projects.

I needed 3 sash windows replaced at a flat in Clapham, MK were quickest to respond on quote, competitive and completed the work in a much quicker timeframe from me placing the order than other firms were able to offer. Very happy with the installation and quality of the windows, reliable, good communication, cleaning up and protection of the property. I do not give 5 stars out easily but MK deserve it.

Tim and team were very friendly and professional. They built me a beautiful door BUT there are some problems. Unfortunately the finish of the paint work was not good quality. The paint was not clean around the window edges and the attention to detail was not there. Paint was bubbling on closer inspection When I asked Tim to sort it out his team did come back to try and improve the finish but unfortunately they couldn’t rectify the problems well enough. I ended up spending significant time sanding back, filling and re-painting myself. Positives: Good price, friendly service, well built door. Negatives: Poor paint finish.

I instructed Tim to build a floor to ceiling height internal french doors with glass paneling and a fire rated glass panel single door for the kitchen. From start to finish, the experience was excellent and refreshing. He is professional, kind and a genuinely nice guy, which makes the experience a lot more pleasant than what I have experienced previously. Regarding the quality of the work, the doors are spectacular and the finish detail, architrave designs and quality of material are all of a high standard. I'm currently updating my kitchen and as such had some very complicated mitre cuts to make for the crown cornice on top of the kitchen cabinets. I spoke to a chap (don't know his name) at MK J and I explained my predicament. He said come to my work shop and I'll do them. I did just that and with in minutes he made the three mitre cuts.
